L'aménagement porte sur la requalification d'un immeuble en vue de créer un centre social sur le quartier prioritaire Lapanouse inscrit au titre du contrat de ville de l’Albigeois. Cet équipement répondra aux besoins exprimés par la population en termes d’activités (ateliers parents/enfants, accompagnement scolaire...) et de permanences des partenaires sociaux. Il aura aussi vocation à répondre aux besoins des associations locales dont les locaux seront prêtés à titre gratuit. (French)
