Les chantiers d’insertion sont agréés pour 48 postes de travail et conventionnés au titre d’utilité sociale : * 24 pour les chantiers environnement qui déploient leur activité sur tout le département * 24 pour les jardins d’insertion répartis à moitié sur le Jardin de l’Arçon (Auch) et le Jardin du Caillaoué (Mirande) Ils s’adressent à des personnes très éloignées de l’emploi (aucun prérequis demandé), éligibles au Contrat Unique d’Insertion (financement Etat ou Département), contrat de 26 heures hebdomadaires. L’objectif des chantiers est de favoriser leur inscription dans un parcours de réinsertion professionnelle et sociale durable : le salarié intègre une équipe de travail pour réaliser une action concrète, d’utilité publique et élabore, en parallèle, un parcours personnalisé dans le cadre d’un accompagnement renforcé prenant en compte ses problématiques spécifiques. Les chantiers d’insertion constituent ainsi : * une situation stable et repérante pour la personne, matérialisée par un cadre légal * un accompagnement personnalisé et global dans l'objectif de concrétiser un parcours d'insertion professionnelle durable * un cadre de mise en relation avec les acteurs socio-économiques locaux (French)

The integration sites are approved for 48 workstations and are agreed for social utility: * 24 for environmental sites that deploy their activity throughout the department * 24 for insertion gardens distributed half on the Jardin de l’Arçon (Auch) and the Jardin du Caillaoué (Mirande) They are aimed at people very remote from employment (no prerequisites requested), eligible for the Single Contract of Insertion (State or Department financing), contract of 26 hours per week. The aim of the construction sites is to encourage their enrolment in a sustainable career and social reintegration pathway: the employee integrates a working team to carry out a concrete action of public benefit and, at the same time, develops a personalised journey in the framework of enhanced support taking into account his specific problems. The integration sites are thus: * a stable and identifiable situation for the person, materialised by a legal framework * personalised and global support in order to achieve a sustainable career path * a framework for connecting with local socio-economic actors (English)
