Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności transportowej ZG.W ramach projektu będzie miała miejsce rozbudowa skrzyżowania dróg woj.nr 282 i 279 w ZG ul.Racula–Głogowska, jako I etapu zadania „Budowa mostu przez rzekę Odrę wraz z budową nowego przebiegu drogi wojewódzkiej nr 282.Skrzyżowanie typu „T” zostanie rozbudowane i wykonane w postaci skrzyżowania skanalizowanego typu rondo duże. Planowane przedsięwzięcie polega na rozbudowie istniejących dróg woj.(282 i 279),rozbudowie skrzyżowania tych dróg oraz budowie nowego odcinka drogi,zjazdów innych elementów infrastruktury drogowej.Realizacja celu dot.poprawy dostępności komunikacyjnej ZG przyczyni się do poprawy bezpieczeństwa komunikacyjnego na przebudowywanych odcinkach dróg dł.0,28km, budowie nowego odcinka o dł.0,22km oraz ciągów pieszo-rowerowych o dł.0,28 km.Całość inwestycji spowoduje poprawę bezpieczeństwa ruchu,która jest konieczna ze względu na ilość wypadków zarejestrowanych na przedmiotowym skrzyżowaniu,do których dochodzi często,a niektóre z nich kończą się ofiarami śmiertelnymi.Projekt wpisuje się w cele RPO L-2020 poprzez poprawę zew. i wew. dostępności transportowej regionu w ruchu drogowym.Realizacja celu jakim jest poprawa dostępności komunikacyjnej Zielonej Góry przyczyni się do poprawy bezpieczeństwa komunikacyjnego na przebudowywanych odcinkach dróg woj. w wyniku likwidacji kolizyjnego skrzyżowania na rzecz skrzyżowania bezkolizyjnego–ronda.Projekt przyczyni się do zmniejszenia wysokich kosztów społecznych i ekonomicznych wypadków drogowych oraz w konsekwencji przełoży się na wzrost atrakcyjności terenów inwestycyjnych w pobliżu inwestycji (Teren w Nowym Kisielinie,SAG Lubuskiego Trójmiasta,LPNT,SSKSE), przyczyni się również do stworzenia sieci sprawnych połączeń transportowych, służących intensyfikacji wymiany handlowej na jednolitym rynku oraz zmniejszenia zanieczyszczeń środowiska przyrodniczego,co w efekcie będzie miało wpływ na zintensyfikowanie rozwoju ekonomicznego woj.lubuskiego[...] (Polish)
