The main goal of the project is to improve the competence and qualifications of professions by 66 people, including 60 (42K and 18M) last two semesters of nursing at the 1st and 6th station and 6 teaching and administrative staff of the Radom College in the February 1, 2018 - August 1, 2019. the target of the project is 66 people, including 60 (42K, 18M), nursing students and 6os (4k and 2m) teaching and administrative staff of Radom University. The project will contribute to achieving the specific objective of PO WER by raising professional and communication competences, in the field of entrepreneurship, IT, analytical, using implemented forms of support, i.e. psychological workshops, certified trainings, additional practical tasks for students in a project form, additional classes organized by RSW in socio-economic background (classes with employers) and professional internship. The university staff will take part in IT training as well as pyschological and coaching workshops. The project is adapted to the needs of individual participants, among others, will help them overcome shyness, communication barriers, and organize the effect of working time, but also enrich analytical thinking. Students will gain professional knowledge, knowledge of the use of computer applications, develop communication, analytical and entrepreneurial skills. Within the project, extensive cooperation with employers from the medical industry will be implemented through the involvement of employers in conducting classes for students as well as organization of internships. RSW in cooperation with employers will show young people how to achieve success and become an expert in their field. The forms of support provided in the project will affect the competitiveness of RSW graduates as future medical staff. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest Podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawod przez 66os w tym 60 (42K i18M) studentów/tki ostat dwóch semestrów pielęgniarstwa st stacjon I st oraz 6 os kadry dydaktycznej i administracyjnej Radomskiej Szkoły Wyższej w okr 01.02.2018-01.08-2019.Grupą docelową projektu jest 66 osób, w tym 60 (42K,18M), studentów/tek pielęgniarstwa oraz 6os (4k i 2m) kadrydydaktycznej i administracyjnej Radomskiej Szkoły Wyższej.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągniecia celu szczegółowego PO WER poprzez podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, w zakresieprzedsiębiorczości, informatycznych, analitycznych, za pomocą realizowanych form wsparcia tj. warsztaty psychologiczne,certyfikowane szkolenia, dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów w formie projektowej, dodatkowe zajęcia organizowane przez RSW zotoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym (zajęcia z pracodawcami) oraz stażę zawodowe. Kadra uczelni będzie brała udział w szkoleniach informatycznych oraz warsztatach pyschologicznych i coachingowych.Projekt jest dostosowany do potrzeb indywidualnych uczestników m.in.,pomoże im pokonać nieśmiałość, bariery komunikacyjne, efekt zorganizować czas pracy, ale również wzbogaci w myślenie analityczne. Studenci zdobędą wiedzęzawodową, więdzę z zakresu korzystania z aplikacji komputerowych, rozwijną komptencje komunikacyjne, analialityczne i przedsiebiorcze.W ramach projektu będzie realizowana szeroka współpraca z pracodawcami z branży medycznej poprzez zaangażowanie pracodawców w prowadzenie zajęćdla studentów jak również organizację staży. RSW we współpracy z pracodawcami pokaże młodym ludziom jak osiągnąć sukces i stać sięekspertem w swojej dziedzinie. Formy wsparcia udzielone w projekcie wpłyną na konkurencyjność absolwentów RSW jako przyszłej kadry medycznej. (Polish)
