Le projet « CERTeM 2020 » vise à créer un environnement favorable à une collaboration optimale entre les laboratoires de recherche publics et les centres de recherche privés des sociétés STMicroelectronics, Vermon, SiLimIXT et autres entreprises associées dans le domaine des matériaux, procédés et systèmes pour la microélectronique de puissance et de l’énergie. Seront particulièrement étudiés : -La conversion de puissance pour l’efficacité énergétique, -Les nouvelles générations de batteries et système de récupération d’énergie intégré, -Le renforcement de la thématique « Packaging ». The “CERTEM 2020” project aims to create an environment conducive to optimal collaboration between public research laboratories and private research centres of STMicroelectronics, Vermon, SiLimIXT and other associated companies in the field of materials, processes and systems for power and energy microelectronics. The following will be studied in particular: —Power conversion for energy efficiency, -New generations of batteries and integrated energy recovery system, -Strengthening of the “Packaging” theme.
