The main objective of the project is to increase the level of their competence in providing different dimensions of accessibility by offices, which will allow them to effectively perform the function of coordinator and in the long run will improve the accessibility of offices and public services provided. Coordinators should have extensive knowledge and skills on various aspects of accessibility (including digital, architectural, information, employment) and awareness of the various needs of people with different types of disabilities. It is assumed that at least 810 trained people under carries competences in various aspects of accessibility, Training programs will be prepared taking into account the training needs of accessibility coordinators and in consultation with other beneficiaries responsible for organizing training for accessibility coordinators in public administration. (Beneficiaries listed in Measure 2.18 project type 24-25) and in consultation with the Ministry of Investment and Development / Accessibility Council. Ready model training programs can also be used in offices not supported by the project. Various training methods will be used during the training. The training programs will include both the lecture part and practical workshops, including in the field of digital, architectural, communication and information availability. (English)

    W ramach projektu planuje się organizację szkoleń z zakresu dostępności dla 900 osób, które będą pełnić funkcję koordynatora do spraw dostępności w urzędach administracji publicznej, zatrudnionych w szczególności w ministerstwach, urzędach centralnych, urzędach wojewódzkich, urzędach administracji zespolonej i niezespolonej w województwie.Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu ich kompetencji w zakresie zapewnienia różnych wymiarów dostępności przez urzędy, co pozwoli im na efektywne sprawowanie funkcji koordynatora i w dłuższej perspektywie przyczyni do poprawy dostępności urzędów oraz świadczonych usług publicznych.Koordynatorzy powinni posiadać szeroką wiedzę i umiejętności dotyczące różnych aspektów dostępności (m.in. cyfrowej, architektonicznej, informacyjnej, do zatrudnienia) oraz świadomość różnorodnych potrzeb osób z różnymi rodzajami niepełnosprawności.Zakłada się, że co najmniej810przeszkolonych osób podniesie swoje kompetencje z zakresu różnych aspektów dostępności,Programy szkoleniowe zostaną przygotowane przy uwzględnieniu potrzeb szkoleniowych koordynatorów do spraw dostępności oraz w porozumieniu z innymi beneficjentami odpowiedzialnymi za organizację szkoleń dla koordynatorów ds. dostępności w administracji publicznej. (Beneficjenci wymienieni w Działaniu 2.18 typ projektu 24-25) oraz w porozumieniu z Ministerstwem Inwestycji i Rozwoju/Radą Dostępności. Gotowe wzorcowe programy szkoleniowe będą mogły być wykorzystywane również w urzędach nieobjętych wsparciem w ramach projektu.Podczas szkoleń zostaną wykorzystane różne metody szkoleniowe. Programy szkoleniowe będą obejmować zarówno część wykładową, jak i warsztaty praktyczne, m.in. z zakresu dostępności cyfrowej, architektonicznej, komunikacyjnej i informacyjnej. (Polish)
