Dans un contexte de chômage persistant, les demandeurs d'emploi sont fragilisés par l'absence de formation et de qualification, ce qui rend plus difficile leur accès à l'emploi. Dans ce cadre, 3 priorités sont identifiées à savoir : organiser l'offre de formation sur l'ensemble du territoire, faire de l'accompagnement des plus fragiles et l'accès à un premier niveau de qualification une cause d'intérêt régional et favoriser l'élévation du niveau de qualification. In a context of persistent unemployment, jobseekers are weakened by lack of training and skills, making it more difficult for them to gain access to employment. Within this framework, three priorities are identified: organise the offer of training throughout the territory, make the support of the most fragile and access to a first level of qualification a cause of regional interest and promote the raising of the level of qualification.
