Le CIDFF du Haut Rhin organise une action linguistique à visée professionnelle à temps partiel (FLEX). PUBLIC et PRE-REQUIS - - femmes étrangères ou issues des immigrations exprimant le désir, la volonté, le besoin de travailler, éprouvant des difficultés personnelles, familiales et linguistiques pour élaborer un projet professionnel, s'inscrire dans une formation qualifiante ou non, trouver un emploi. - situation administrative autorisant la personne à travailler. - Avoir un niveau linguistique proche du niveau A1, savoir décliner son identité et quelques phrases simples, déchiffrer un texte simple et savoir tenir un stylo. OBJECTIF de l'ACTION -Accompagner la personne dans la définition et la validation d'un (de) projet(s) professionnel(s) cohérent(s) et réaliste(s) tant en terme d'aptitude qu'au regard du marché du travail. - diagnostiquer et lever les principaux freins à l'insertion professionnelle (logement, santé, situation familiale, mobilité, garde des enfants, conciliation vie personnelle/vie familiale, savoirs - être, comportement,...) - acquérir les savoirs courants nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre d'un parcours professionnel : perfectionnement en français, validation d'un ou plusieurs projets professionnels, connaissance des dispositifs sociaux et professionnels Durée : 9 mois dont 6 en centre et 3 en post formation (RDV ponctuels) . The High Rhine CIDFF organises a part-time professional language action (FLEX). Public and PRE-REQUIS — - foreign or immigrant women expressing desire, willingness, need to work, experience personal, family and linguistic difficulties in order to develop a professional project, enroll in qualification training or not, find a job. — administrative situation authorising the person to work. — To have a language level close to level A1, to know how to decline one’s identity and a few simple sentences, to decipher a simple text and to know how to hold a pen. Objective of ACTION — Support the person in defining and validating a coherent and realistic professional project(s) both in terms of ability and the labour market. — to diagnose and remove the main obstacles to occupational integration (housing, health, family situation, mobility, childcare, reconciliation of personal and family life, knowledge — being, behaviour, etc.) — acquire the common knowledge necessary for the implementation of a career path: further development in French, validation of one or more professional projects, knowledge of social and professional arrangements Duration: 9 months including 6 in the centre and 3 in post-training (one-off VRD).
