Proj assumes that activities aimed at increasing qualifications, skills and competences of 17 n-li (14K / 3M) and developing 120 UP (56K / 64M) of all SP 113 classes of key competencies necessary on the labor market through conducting additional classes for UP , training for n-li and retrofitting the studio in the period of VI'18-V'20. The goal is consistent with the purpose of Sub-measure XI.1.4 of ROP LV 2014-2020. interventions will be the shape and development of UP digital competences, including ICT competences, the ability to acquire knowledge independently - the method of experiment (nature) as well as stimulating the UP to creative department to improve their situation. This effect will be achieved by raising competences and developing qualifications -li, including the use of ICT tools, the individualization of work with teaching with special education needs, including an additional class revalidation and retrofitting of the studio. The design department will be focused on the development of UP key competences, including: communication in a foreign language, development of competences of mathematics, science-tech, ICT and nature. Employees will be: nature, ICT, speech therapy, rehabilitation and therapy, including social , language, mat. At every stage of the project's implementation, UP parents will be involved. An important element of the project will be EDUKAC-SOCIOTHERAPY STUDY SUPPORT. Currently, it is not needed in SP113, but it is very necessary. The project is a complex UP support, it covers all 4 types design based on the diagnosis, work out the SP113 development program and answer its specific problems. The project results from the Municipal Revitalization Program (appendix to Resolution No. XXXV / 916/16 of the City Council in Łódź) adopted on September 28, 2016 and is part of Project No. 24 (Program to improve the quality of teaching in general education, p. 194 GPR).
