Main objective: increasing employment opportunities for 100 people (60K and 40M) of young people up to 29 years of age, including ON, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training - the so-called NEET youth, including 85 (51K, 34M) inactive persons not registered in the UP and 15 (9K, 6M) unemployed not registered in the UP residing in the province Podkarpackie pursuant to the provisions of the Central Committee) through participation in vocational counseling, professional training, internships and activities enabling the acquisition of elementary social competences and job placement. The main results that will be achieved thanks to the project implementation: own account after leaving the program, - 35% of participants in the long-term unemployed project will find employment or start their own business after leaving the program, - 48% of participants in the low-qualified project will find employment or start self-employment after leaving the program, - 43% of project participants ineligible, low-skilled people will be employed or self-employed after leaving the program. The target group is compliant with the SZOOP Main tasks: recruitment, individual career counseling, group workshops, career counseling, vocational training according to needs, internships, job placement. CRAS Association declares that the project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of ESF funds in the labor market in the years 2014-2020.
