The project involves the acquisition / supplementation of social and professional skills, professional qualifications, gaining professional experience, leading to increased attractiveness on the labor market and taking up employment by UP. The project is directed to 100 people unemployed, not registered in labor offices, residents of the Śląskie Voivodeship aged 18-29 who do not participate in education and training, the so-called NEET youth, inactive, unemployed, including people with disabilities through the use of individualized instruments and services for vocational and educational activation in the period from 01/09/2019. until 31/03/2021 The project assumes a subjective and active participation of young people in establishing and implementing their own professional path, including through: - identification of professional needs, - individual counseling for all project participants, - motivational training and psychological support, - development of Individual Action Plans, - vocational training in accordance with IPD (taking into account individual predispositions, qualifications, professional experience and the needs of the labor market) - internships in accordance with the Polish Quality Framework for Apprenticeships and Internships, - job placement throughout the project implementation period. The following results will be achieved through the implementation of the above forms of support: increase of professional competence, professional qualifications, social and professional skills, professional experience, return / entry labor market, obtaining high-quality employment offers in line with individual possibilities, achieving an employment effectiveness indicator - at least in the amount specified in the Competition Regulations, achieving the product indicators assumed in the application.     Projekt zakłada nabycie/uzupełnienieumiejętności społecznych i zawodowych,kwalifikacji zawodowych, zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego, prowadzących do zwiększenia atrakcyjności na rynku pracy ipodjęcia zatrudnienia przez UP. Projekt skierowany jest do 100 os. niepracujących, niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy, mieszkańców województwa śląskiego w wieku 18-29, którzy nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu, tzw. młodzież NEET, biernych zawodowo, bezrobotnych, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez zastosowanie zindywidualizowanych instrumentów i usług aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej w okresie od 01.09.2019r. do 31.03.2021r.Projekt zakłada podmiotowy i czynny udziałosób młodych w ustalaniu i realizacji własnej ścieżki zawodowej, m.in. poprzez:-identyfikację potrzeb zawodowych,-doradztwo indywidualne dla wszystkich uczestników projektu,-treningi motywacyjne i wsparcie psychologiczne,-opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działań, -szkolenia zawodowe zgodne z IPD (przy uwzględnieniu indywidualnych predyspozycji, kwalifikacji, doświadczenia zaw. i potrzeb rynku pracy), -staże zgodne z Polskimi Ramami Jakości Praktyk i Staży,-pośrednictwo pracy przez cały okres realizacji projektu.Dzięki realizacji powyższych form wsparcia osiągnięte zostaną następujące rezultaty:zwiększenie kompetencji zawodowych, kwalifikacji zawodowych, umiejętności społecznych i zawodowych, doświadczenia zawodowego, powrót/wejście na rynek pracy, uzyskanie wysokiej jakości ofert zatrudnienia zgodnych z indywidualnymi możliwościami, osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej - co najmniej w wysokości określonej w Regulaminie konkursu, osiągnięcie założonych we wnioskuwskaźników produktu.
