The aim of the project is to improve the quality of pre-school education in the municipality of Barciana by implementing an additional offer of educational and specialist provision to enable children with disabilities to participate in pre-school education and to acquire, for at least 90 %, 100 children of pre-school age, including 50 girls, key competences, upgrading the skills and competences of 7 teachers (7 K), raising the knowledge of 70 parents (60 K) in support of the development of key competences of children, and equipping the aforementioned kindergartens with the necessary teaching aids for the period 01.09.2018 to 31.08.2019. For children with disabilities, classes will be taken (e.g., blood therapy treatments, psychomotor and psychomotor therapy — rehabilitation), and for the remaining children, the activities of the child with disabilities will be decided. Teachers will be trained and studied. The need is due to the diagnosis made by the application. The following activities will be carried out in the project: 1. More offers of education and training to enable the child with a disability to participate in pre-school education. 2. Provision of training for teachers. 3. Workshops with creativity for children — workshops from programming. 4. Workshop with social competences. 5. Workshops for parents. The main indicators in the framework are: 1. The number of teachers who obtained their qualifications or acquired competence after leaving the programme — 7 2. Number of children supported by the programme in additional courses to improve their educational opportunities in pre-primary education, 100. 3. Number of teachers supported in the programme -7.     Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Barciany poprzez realizację dodatkowej oferty edukacyjnej i specjalistycznej umożliwiającej dziecku z niepełnosprawnością udział w wychowaniu przedszkolnym oraz nabycie przez min. 90% ze 100 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym 50 dziewczynek, kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 7 nauczycieli (7 K), zwiększenie wiedzy 70 rodziców (60 K) w zakresie wsparcia rozwoju kompetencji klucz. dzieci oraz doposażenie ww. przedszkoli w niezbędne pomoce dydaktyczne w okresie 01.09.2018 do 31.08.2019. Dla dziecka z niepełnosprawnością zostaną zajęcia (m.in. zaj. terapeutyczne metodą krwkowską, zaj. stymulujące rozwój psychoruchowy - rehabilitacja ruchowa), zaś dla pozostałych dzieci zostaną zorg. zajęcia z programowania i kompetencji społ. Dla nauczycieli zost. zorg. szkolenia i studia podypl. Potrzeba realizacji wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej przez Wniosk. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: 1. Real. dodatkowej oferty eduk. i specjalistycznej umożliwiającej dziecku z niepełnosprawnością udział w wychowaniu przedszkolnym. 2. Przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla nauczycieli. 3. Warsztaty z kreatywności dla dzieci – zajęcia warsztatowe z programowania. 4. Warsztaty z kompetencji społecznych. 5. Warsztaty dla rodziców. Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: 1. Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 7 2. Liczba dzieci objętych wsparciem w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej – 100. 3. Liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie -7.
