L'opération **" Promouvoir l'inclusion sociale par l'accompagnement à la création / reprise d'entreprise des publics très éloignés de l'emploi "** se déroulera en plusieurs phases. En fonction de leur situation personnelle et de leur degré d'autonomie, les porteurs de projet pourront participer à tout ou partie de l'opération mise en place. La détection des personnes se révèlera, donc, primordiale afin de les orienter ou non dans ce parcours plus long que l'accompagnement habituellement déployé par BGE. **_Phase n°1 : détection et intégration ou réorientation_** \- atelier collectif de découverte et/ou entretien individuel - sortie de phase : intégration pour tout ou partie du parcours FSE ou intégration dans un dispositif de droit commun géré par BGE ou réorientation vers un organisme emploi ou les travailleurs sociaux du Conseil Général. **_Phase n°2 : (re)mobilisation sur le projet professionnel_** \- phase de travail collectif et individuel centré autour des compétences et des motivations des personnes - sortie de phase : poursuite du parcours FSE ou intégration dans un dispositif de droit commun géré par BGE ou réorientation vers un organisme emploi / formation ou vers les services sociaux du Conseil Général ; lors de cette phase, en particulier, BGE Côtes d'Armor travaillera avec des partenaires en lien avec des publics précis (MDD pour les bénéficiaires RSA, Missions Locales pour les jeunes inactifs, associations de DE pour les seniors, réseau de femmes...) **_Phase n°3 : accompagnement à l'action_** \- phase d'entretiens individuels et de journées de formation (1 à 4 jours) - méthodologie habituelle de la création déployée avec des personnes ne pouvant pas bénéficier des dispositifs de droit commun pour des questions d'éligibilité ou sans besoin de financements (Nacre, Agefiph) **_Phase n°4 : appui au démarrage et au développement_ **\- phase d'entretiens individuels et de journées de formation (1 à 4 jours) en lien avec les besoins détectés de l'entrepreneur - l'objectif de cette phase est de favoriser la poursuite de parcours des entrepreneurs et d'augmenter leurs chances de réussite et de pérennité de leur entreprise Lieux des actions : les entretiens individuels auront lieu sur nos 8 lieux d'implantation, soit : Guingamp, Saint Brieuc, Lannion, Dinan, Paimpol, Lamballe, Loudéac et Rostrenen ; les temps collectifs auront lieu sur nos 4 lieux d'accueil permanents, soit : Guingamp, St Brieuc, Lannion, Dinan, sans exclure les autres lieux ; le suivi des entrepreneurs se fera sur le site de leur entreprise et dans nos locaux habituels L’opération mise en œuvre, qui relève du domaine de l’économie sociale et solidaire, entre dans le champ d’un SIEG : elle répond aux trois conditions d’une activité SIEG définie par la législation européenne (French)

Operation **“Promoting social inclusion by supporting the creation/taking-up of enterprises of the public very remote from employment”** will take place in several phases. Depending on their personal situation and degree of autonomy, project promoters will be able to participate in all or part of the operation set up. The detection of people will therefore prove to be of paramount importance in order to guide them or not in this journey longer than the accompaniment usually provided by BGE. **_Phase #1: detection and integration or reorientation_** \- collective discovery and/or individual maintenance workshop — phase out: integration for all or part of the ESF pathway or integration into a system of common law managed by BGE or reorientation to an employment organisation or social workers of the General Council. **_Phase 2: (re)mobilisation on the professional project_** \- phase of collective and individual work centred on people’s skills and motivations — exit phase: continuation of the ESF pathway or integration into a system of common law managed by BGE or reorientation to an employment/training organisation or to the social services of the General Council; during this phase, in particular, BGE Côtes d’Armor will work with partners in connection with specific audiences (MDD for RSA beneficiaries, Local missions for inactive young people, DE associations for seniors, women’s network...) **_Phase 3: accompaniment to the action_** \- phase of individual interviews and training days (1 to 4 days) — usual methodology for the creation of persons not eligible for eligibility or without need of funding (Nacre, Agefiph) **_Phase 4: support for start-up and development_ **\- phase of individual interviews and training days (1 to 4 days) in relation to the contractor’s identified needs — the objective of this phase is to encourage entrepreneurs to continue their career paths and increase their chances of success and sustainability of their business Places of action: individual interviews will take place at our 8 locations, i.e.: Guingamp, Saint Brieuc, Lannion, Dinan, Paimpol, Lamballe, Loudéac and Rostrenen; the group times will take place at our 4 permanent places of welcome, namely: Guingamp, St Brieuc, Lannion, Dinan, without excluding other places; the follow-up of entrepreneurs will be carried out on the site of their company and at our usual premises The operation implemented, which falls within the field of the social and solidarity economy, falls within the scope of an SGEI: it meets the three conditions for an SGEI activity defined by European legislation (English)
