The project implemented under ITI consists of 3 tasks in the commune of Olsztyn, Jonglei and Gielen: Zad.1.The municipal road No 158017 N from the boundaries of the City of Olsztyn to the junction with DK16 (Giergic), ul. Perkolza (Olsztyn); Zad.2.Section. Żourn ul. Czarnieckiego for the crossing of ul.Cyanki and perocza in Olsztyn (Olsztyn); Zad.3.The municipal road No 157016N from the junction to the intersection with the regional road No 527 to the Gościnna, ul. Gościnna (Jonkowo), ul. Crete, ul. Wołodyjowski (Olsztyn). The project covers the construction/reconstruction of roads of a total length. 7.42 km (7.42 km value), the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths, bus bays, intersections, lighting, drainage, environmental protection appliances, and the construction of a green crash. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the ROP WiM: direct connection of the project within the scope of the project to the TEN-T comprehensive network — to which DK16 was incorporated. As a result of the task, a single communication line (with converging parameters) will be created for the urban functioning of the Olsztyn Functional Area. The road linking the MOF to the TEN-T and the voivodeship road No 527 will increase the area’s external accessibility and its internal coherence. The aim is to build on the roads following the project of the GDDKiA, the construction of the southern bypass of the southern Olsztyn bypass on the roads: the S51 express and the DK16 are connected directly with the TEN-T network node, so that the sections of MOF are connected with the border crossing in Bezledy and Olsztyn-Mazury. Under the 19.04.16 Agreement, the municipalities jointly carry out the task of the municipality of Lideras-G.Zalsztyn and Partnean-G.Gielen, G.Jonkowo, who will select the 1 contractor for the study. The contract and the contractor of the works. Each Party shall bear the implementation costs corresponding to the size of its part of the project established on the basis of the tenders of the selected contractors. The leader shall coordinate the task from the signature of the agreement, through the implementation of a material, to the shelf life. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu realizowanego w ramach ZIT są 3 zadania na terenie Gminy Olsztyn, Jonkowo i Gietrzwałd: Zad.1.Droga gminna nr 158017 N od granic Miasta Olsztyna do skrzyżowania z DK16 (Gietrzwałd), ul. Perkoza (Olsztyn); Zad.2.Odcinek ul. Żurawiej od ul. Czarnieckiego do skrzyżowania ul.Cyranki i Perkoza w Olsztynie (Olsztyn); Zad.3.Droga gminna nr 157016N od skrzyżowania z drogą wojewódzką nr 527 do ul.Gościnnej, ul Gościnna (Jonkowo), ul. Kresowa, ul. Wołodyjowskiego (Olsztyn). Przedsięwzięcie zakresem obejmuje budowę/przebudowę dróg o łącznej dł. ok. 7,42 km (7,42-wartość z kilometrażu) , budowę ciągów pieszych i rowerowych, zatok autobusowych, skrzyżowań, oświetlenia, odwodnienia, urządzeń ochrony środowiska, zagosp. zieleni, przebudowy kolizji. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM poprzez: bezpośrednie połączenie ciągu objętego zakresem projektu z siecią kompleksową TEN-T–do której włączona została DK16. W wyniku zadania powstanie jednorodny ciąg komunikacyjny (o zbieżnych parametrach) obsługujący Miejski Obszar Funkcjonalny Olsztyna. Droga łącząca MOF z siecią TEN-T i drogą wojewódzką nr 527 zwiększy zewnętrzną dostępność obszaru i jego wewnętrzną spójność. Docelowo budowany ciąg dróg po realizacji inwestycji GDDKiA budowy obwodnicy południowej Olsztyna w ciągu dróg: ekspresowej S51 i krajowej DK16 łączył się będzie bezpośrednio z węzłem Zachód sieci TEN-T. Dzięki temu skomunikuje pn-zach część MOF z przejściem granicznym w Bezledach oraz portem lotniczym Olsztyn-Mazury. Na mocy Porozumienia z 19.04.16r. gminy wspólnie realizują zadanie przez Lidera–G.Olsztyn i Partnerów–G.Gietrzwałd, G.Jonkowo, wybiorą 1 wykonawcę studium wyk., Inż. Kontraktu i wykonawcę robót. Każda ze stron ponosi koszty realizacji w wielkości odpowiadającej wielkości swojej części projektu ustalonej na podstawie ofert wybranych wykonawców. Lider koordynuje zadanie od podpisania porozumienia, przez realizację rzeczową, rozliczenie aż do okresu trwałości. (Polish)
