L'URSCOP est une association qui a pour objet le développement des projets coopératifs permettant d'offrir aux salariés qui le désirent un statut de co-entrepreneurs facilitant un mode de développement fondé avant tout sur la coopération et une juste rétribution des efforts de chacun. Les projets coopératifs ont également participent également à la pérennité des entreprises par le biais : - de la constitution de réserves impartageables, facilitant ainsi sa transmission intergénérationnelle; - la gouvernance démocratique avec la règle 1 associé = 1 voix; - le partage équitable des résultats associant TOUS les salariés de l'entreprise, même non associés. Dans ce cadre, l'action de l'antenne régionale Centre-Val de Loire de l'URSCOP a pour but de : - poursuivre la promotion de la forme coopérative d'une part; - d'accompagner la création de nouvelles SCOP tant en création ex-nihilo qu'en transmission ou reprise; - ainsi que d'accompagner le développement des sociétés coopératives sur le territoire du Centre-Val de Loire, incluant un suivi post-création sur l'année 2018. Les résultats attendus sur les années 2017 et 2018 sont 60 bénéficiaires accompagnés. (French)

The URSCOP is an association whose aim is the development of cooperative projects to offer employees who so desire a status of co-entrepreneurs facilitating a mode of development based above all on cooperation and fair reward for each one’s efforts. Cooperative projects have also contributed to the sustainability of enterprises through: — the creation of impartageable reserves, thus facilitating its intergenerational transmission; — democratic governance with associated Rule 1 = 1 votes; — equitable sharing of results involving ALL employees of the company, even non-associated employees. In this context, the action of the Centre-Val de Loire regional branch of the URSCOP aims to: — continue to promote the cooperative form on the one hand; To accompany the creation of new SCOPs both in ex-nihilo creation and in transmission or resumption; — and to support the development of cooperative societies in the territory of Centre-Val de Loire, including a post-creation follow-up on 2018. The expected results for 2017 and 2018 are supported by 60 beneficiaries. (English)
