The project “Centre d’Affaires dans les Quartiers – Rehabilitation” consists of developing and arranging (through the purchase of furniture and various equipment) two separate sites (one in Melun and the other in Dammarie Lès Lys) for the reception of economic activities. The project therefore aims to promote the establishment of external enterprises and the creation of endogenous activities, and to stimulate the desire for entrepreneurship among job seekers, inactive people and young people, particularly in the priority neighbourhoods of the city’s policy.
