The object of the project is the modernisation of the residential building of the Housing Community at ul. Jarama, 14 C, in Ostróda. The following activities are planned within the framework of the project: insulation of longitudinal and apex walls (including accompanying works: insulation, blachard’s insulation, costume insulation (including accompanying works: replacement of roof covering and sheet rotation) and floor insulation of the basement. In addition, the windows in the part of the common building will also be mentioned. The modernisation of the heating and hot water installations will also be implemented. the investment will also include preparatory activities for carrying out an ex-ante energy audit, preparation of a construction project, information and publicity measures in the form of the preparation and appropriate introduction of an information and commemorative plaque and external services, i.e. an ex-post audit. A feasibility study of the project will also be prepared. The project will result in a 50.97 % heat demand saving target. The project will provide for the reduction of CO250.97 % and PM1050.97 %. The main objectives of the investment include a comprehensive energy modernisation of the building and a reduction in the cost of energy consumption for Community residents. They are identical to the objective of the Priority Axis “Energy efficiency” of the Regional Operational Programme for Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province 2014-2020, which is to reduce primary energy consumption in public buildings and heating demand in housing. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac modernizacyjnych budynku mieszkalnego Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej przy ul. Jaracza 14 C w Ostródzie. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zaplanowano następujące działania: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych podłużnych i szczytowych (wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi: docieplenie logii, obróbki blacharskie), docieplenie stropodachu (wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi: wymiana pokrycia dachowego i obróbek blacharskich) i docieplenie stropu nad piwnicą. Dodatkowo zostaną też wymienione okienka w części wspólnej budynku. Zostanie wykonana modernizacja instalacji c.o. i c.w.u. Inwestycja będzie obejmowała również działania przygotowawcze polegające na przeprowadzeniu audytu energetycznego ex-ante, przygotowaniu projektu budowlanego, działania informacyjno-promocyjne w postaci przygotowania i odpowiedniego posadowienia tablicy informacyjnej i pamiątkowej oraz usługi zewnętrzne tj. przeprowadzenie audytu ex-post. Zostanie także przygotowane studium wykonalności projektu. W wyniku realizacji projektu dojdzie do osiągnięcia wskaźnika oszczędności zapotrzebowania na ciepło na poziomie 50,97%. Przedsięwzięcie zapewni redukcję emisji CO2 - 50,97% i pyłu zawieszonego PM10 – 50,97%. Do głównych celów inwestycji zalicza się kompleksową modernizację energetyczną ww. budynku oraz obniżenie kosztów zużycia energii dla mieszkańców Wspólnoty. Są one tożsame z celem Osi Priorytetowej „Efektywność energetyczna” Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego na lata 2014-2020, jakim jest obniżenie zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych i zapotrzebowania na ciepło w zabudowie mieszkaniowej.
