Tavoitteena on tehokkaamman ja laadukkaamman tuotannon avulla lisätä asiakasarvoa ja taloudellista tuottavuutta.Toimenpiteinä ovat Lean-ajatteluun perustuvan kulttuurin luominen ja juurruttaminen yrityksessä ja toiminnan kehittämisessä.
