Freedom 12 in Cork, plot No 67, School of Schools in Korów at ul. Kościuszki 12 in Cordoba, No 79, No 27/38 of the School in the School of School No, Section No 112 of the School in Luxembourg. The project involves improvements in the following areas: — insulation of walls, floors, floor, roof, floor — replacement of windows and doors, — replacement of lighting — installation of ventilation — installation of photo panels in Gargiy, Łomjach and Korów ul. Freedom 12 — replacement of radiators — installation of heads of thermal security and balancing valves. — pipe insulation — Installation of control apparatus. POM. — replacement of a c.o — installation of a heat pump with the engine room with a lower source in the chamber — installation of an electric boiler. Installation of the window — modernisation of the boiler to install a boiler to install the window — modernisation of the boiler to install the window. the project complies with the boundary conditions laid down in the SzocOP ROP WiM 2014-2020. In accordance with the Construction Law Act, Article 29 of the Construction Act does not require construction work to be carried out in order to provide buildings with a heating capacity of up to 25 m. The installation in accordance with the option described in SzOOP will only serve the own needs of the Municipality and will be connected to the network, but due to the power of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the RES paragraph (Journal of Laws 2015, item (478) and Article 7 (1) 8d with 4-9 bill — The Energy Law will be done on the basis of a notification without the beneficiary having to have valid technical connection conditions for all the energy sources in the project. The energy produced will serve the needs of the municipality. Implementation steps: 1. Selection of the contractor in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2. Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynków wraz z instalacją pompy ciepła oraz paneli fotowoltaicznych. Usprawnienie stanu technicznego 4 budynków: 1.Przedszkole Miejskie przy ul. Wolności 12 w Korszach działka nr 67, Zespół Szkół w Korszach przy ul. Kościuszki 12 w Korszach działka nr 79, Zespół Szkół w Garbnie 36 działka nr 27/38, Zespół Szkół w Łankiejmach 10 działka nr 112. Projekt zakłada ulepszenia w następującym zakresie: - docieplenie ścian, podłogi, stropu, dachu, posadzki - Wymiana okien i drzwi, - wymiana oświetlenia - instalacja wentylacji - montaż paneli fotow. w Garbnie, Łankiejmach i Korszach ul. Wolności 12 - wymiana grzejników - zamontowanie głowic termost. oraz zaworów równoważ. ciś. - izolacja rur - Montaż aparatury kontrol. Pom. - wymiana instalacji c.o - montaż pompy ciepła z maszynownią z dolnym źródłem w Garbnie - zamontowanie kotła elektr. -zamontowanie ciepłomierzy - zlikwidowanie murów z luksferów poprzez wstawienie okien - modernizacja kotłowni do zainstal. nowego kotła na olej Projekt spełnia warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Zgodnie z ustawą Prawo Budowlane Art.29 pozwolenie na budowę nie wymaga wykonywanie robót bud. polegających na dociepleniu budynków o wysokości do 25m. Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła tylko i wyłącznie na potrzeby własne Gminy i będzie podłączona do sieci, jednak ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ust. o OZE (Dz.U. 2015 poz. 478) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez beneficjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wyprodukowana energia będzie służyła na potrzeby własne Gminy. Etapy realizacji: 1. Wybranie wykonawcy zgodnie z PzP 2. Podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą 3. Realizacji zadania, zgodnie z HRF. 4.
