The object of the project is the construction of a sorted municipal waste collection point, in the area of parcel 210/3, area No 2 (land register No: OL1S/00020184/5). That plot of land is owned by the municipality of Pasym. PSZOK at Pisimiu will have full technical infrastructure. The project will provide the following elements: garage and storage building, wind farm buildings, clean, spoil, waste, wind waste, bulky waste, waste and litter, storage building, sewage pumping stations, lighting poles, fencing with entrance gates, soil paving, containers for chemicals, plastic, glass, paper, medicines, batteries and fluorescent tubes. The direct result of the project will be the establishment of a separate collection point for municipal waste in the municipality of Pasym. The construction of the PSZOK site will have an impact on the efficient and sustainable solution to the problem of the reduced efficiency of municipal waste management systems in the municipality of Pasym, mainly resulting from the absence of PSZOK, located in the municipality. The realisation of investments will lead to a significant reduction in illegal dumps, resulting in an increase in the quality of the environment. The implementation of the investment will accelerate the achievement of the objectives of the Waste Framework Directive to increase the level of preparation for re-use and recycling of waste. At the stage of submitting this application for funding, the necessary technical and financial documentation was prepared. The public procurement procedure aimed at selecting the contractor is planned for 10-11.2017. the project will be implemented by UMiG’s employees in Pisimiu. The project is part of the establishment of the ROP WiM, as it will meet the objective set for Action 5.1 of the Waste Economy, i.e. the increased share of separately collected waste and the type of projects identified in the SzOOP. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Pasymiu, na terenie działki 210/3 obręb Pasym 2 (nr księgi wieczystej: OL1S/00020184/5). Właścicielem wspomnianej działki jest gmina Pasym. PSZOK w Pasymiu będzie posiadał pełną infrastrukturę techniczną. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane następujące elementy: budynek garażowo-magazynowy, wiata na odpady zmieszane remontowe, czysty gruz, popiół i bioodpady, wiata na odpady metalowe, gabaryty, elektrośmieci i opony, budynek magazynowy, przepompownia ścieków, kanalizacja deszczowa, słupy oświetleniowe, ogrodzenie wraz z bramami wjazdowymi, utwardzenie terenu, pojemniki na chemikalia, tworzywo sztuczne, szkło, papier, leki, baterie i świetlówki. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie utworzony punkt selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych na terenie Gminy Pasym. Budowa obiektu PSZOK wpłynie na skuteczne i trwałe rozwiązanie problemu ograniczonej efektywności systemów zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych na terenie Gminy Pasym, wynikającego głównie z braku PSZOK zlokalizowanego na terenie Gminy. Realizacja inwestycji doprowadzi do znacznego zmniejszenia nielegalnych wysypisk śmieci co przełoży się na wzrost jakości środowiska naturalnego. Realizacja inwestycji wpłynie na przyspieszenie realizacji celów ramowej dyrektywy o odpadach w zakresie zwiększenia poziomu przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów. Na etapie składania niniejszego wniosku o dofinansowanie została opracowana niezbędna dokumentacja techniczna i kosztorysowa. Przeprowadzenie postepowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, mającego na celu wyłonienie wykonawcy, zostało zaplanowane na 10-11.2017 r. Przedmiotowy projekt zostanie wdrożony przez pracowników UMiG w Pasymiu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, gdyż zrealizuje cel określony dla działania 5.1 Gospodarka odpadowa, tj. zwiększony udział odpadów zebranych selektywnie oraz wpisuje się w typu projektów określone w SzOOP.
