The project envisages the reconstruction of DW No. 559 on the section Lipno-Kamień Kotowy - province border (22,093 km). The following were planned: - replacement of existing pavement structures, - execution of a binding and wearing course, - reconstruction of the DW559 intersection with DW541 - construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes, - construction of bus bays, - construction of economic exits and culverts under them, - construction of road lighting; - reconstruction of culverts, use on the edges of protective barriers and implementation of 6 new ones to preserve migration of amphibians and animals, - demolition of the viaduct over the former narrow gauge railway, - reconstruction of the technical infrastructure network colliding with the planned road system; - signage taking into account the needs of the disabled, - site preparation for a road meteorological station, - preparing a place for measuring speed, - building a place for weighing and checking vehicles, - cutting down trees and shrubs. The main goal of the project is to increase the transport accessibility of the voivodship's roads, in particular the connection of the region's external roads external communication system, including the TEN-T network. The specific objectives are: - to increase the accessibility of the poviat center (Lipno); - to improve the conditions for developing entrepreneurship by increasing the ease of access to the Płock Industrial and Technical Park - to improve road safety and driving conditions; - to adapt the road to transfer increased vehicle traffic, including vehicles - bringing the road to compliance with the technical conditions of the G class road The investment will contribute to the implementation of the following indicators: - product: Length of the rebuilt voivodship roads - 22.093 km; - result: Voivodship road load index - 100 kN / axle. DW 559 provides regional connectivity with an external communication system (integration into the TEN-T network via DK 67 in Lipno). In addition, the road will improve the connection between Toruń and Płock (via DK No. 10) and between the Lipno and Płock poviat centers. (English)
