The aim of the project is to develop activities with selected foreign markets and to widen its scope to include a new product, i.e. multi-layer polyurethane foam fed into a customer dimension. To this end, the applicant has taken the following steps: 1. The development, on its own account, of the combination of several layers of polyurethane foams (2015). 2. Establishment of foreign contacts with potential recipients. 3. Selection of machinery for the implementation of the project and meeting the requirements laid down: a laser ploter, a polyurethane foam lamination device, a block to cut blocks, an industrial plotter. 4. To purchase a construction project and to obtain a permit to build a new service building, which will act as a production hall. It will include new machines. A further step in the investment is: 5. The launch of a website to promote the services of the firm and to provide the necessary information to foreign customers as well. 6. Start of production. The implementation of this project will, inter alia, contribute to: To increase the Company’s competitiveness and innovation on the domestic and international markets — strengthen the Company’s position in the market — increase the product quality — increase the production capacity of the investment. the project will be carried out in the period 01.2017-08.2018. the project is closely correlated with the assumptions set out in the ROP WiM for the Action 1.4.4 which sets the objectives: 1.Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs — certainly the realisation of the project will help to strengthen the competitiveness of Kaya II, which is an SME. 2.The new business models in Warmińsko-Mazurskie enterprises — thanks to the implementation of the project, will increase the revenue from sales of the company’s products for export and increase the number of trade contacts. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwinięcie działalności o wybrane rynki zagraniczne oraz poszerzenie jej zakresu o nowy produkt tj. wielowarstwowe pianki poliuretanowe docinane na wymiar określony przez klienta. W tym celu Wnioskodawca podjął następujące kroki: 1. Opracowanie we własnym zakresie technologii łączenia kilku warstw pianek poliuretanowych (2015 r.). 2. Nawiązanie zagranicznych kontaktów z potencjalnymi odbiorcami. 3. Wybór maszyn do realizacji Projektu i spełniających założone wymogi: ploter laserowy, urządzenie do laminowania płyt z pianki poliuretanowej, piła bramowa do cięcia bloków, bramowy ploter przemysłowy. 4. Zakupienie projektu budowlanego oraz uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę nowego budynku usługowo – produkcyjnego, który będzie pełnił rolę hali produkcyjnej. Będą się w nim mieścić nowe maszyny. Dalszy etap inwestycji to: 5. Uruchomienie strony internetowej promującej usługi Firmy oraz pozwalającej na uzyskanie niezbędnych informacji także klientom zagranicznym. 6. Rozpoczęcie produkcji. Realizacja niniejszego Projektu przyczyni się m.in. do: - zwiększenia konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Przedsiębiorstwa na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym - umocnienia pozycji Przedsiębiorstwa na rynku - podwyższenia jakości produktów - zwiększenia możliwości produkcyjnych Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w okresie 01.2017 r.-08.2018 r. Projekt jest ściśle skorelowany z założeniami określonymi w SzOOP RPO WiM dla działania 1.4.4. które stawia cele: 1.Wzmocnienie konkurencyjności MŚP - z całą pewnością realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzmocnienia konkurencyjności firmy KAJA II, która należy do MŚP. 2.Nowe modele biznesowe w przedsiębiorstwach województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego - dzięki realizacji projektu zwiększy się przychód ze sprzedaży produktów firmy przeznaczonych na eksport oraz wzrośnie liczba nawiązanych kontaktów handlowych. W ramach projektu podwyższono poziom inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne. (Polish)
