A copy of the IT system will also be installed on the server, (b) the purchase and implementation of a dedicated IT system: the system will consist of modules that are a logical and complementary whole: — CRM; — Supply and Storage; Production; Finance; BI; Implementation will be based on the allocation of user accounts, the migration of company data into the system, testing and operation of the system. Task II: Project promotion (01.07.2018-31.08.2018): The activity covers online advertising: The promotion activities will be outsourced to the contractor, which will optimise the allocation of the expected budget for specific actions. Task III: Training (01.08.2018-31.08.2018): The task will include training to present the activities of the different modules, carry out a trial use and explain how the system is managed. The implementation of the project is part of the provisions of the ‘SZOOP ROP WiM’ by: 1) Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs: the firm belongs to this group of entities; (2) Developing and implementing new business models for SMEs, in particular with a view to internationalisation: the project will result in a significant change in business processes, facilitating applicants’ entry to new foreign markets; 3) The project consists of increasing the share of ICT in business management, leading to internationalisation and the improvement of customer contacts as well as information and promotion activities.     PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO-PRODUKCYJNO-HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWE „DORJAN” KONFEKCJA SKÓRZANA JANUSZ JABŁOŃSKI

    Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup środków trwałych, WNiP oraz usług. W ramach inwestycji przewidziano realizację 3 zadań: Zadanie I: Środki trwałe, wartości niematerialne i prawne (01.05.2017 r. - 31.08.2018 r.) W ramach zadania zaplanowano: a) zakup oraz instalację serwera dla przechowywania plików firmowych i dokonywania regularnych kopii bezpieczeństwa zgromadzonych danych. Na serwerze zainstalowana zostanie także kopia systemu informatycznego. b) zakup i wdrożenie dedykowanego systemu informatycznego: system będzie się składał z modułów, stanowiących logiczną i komplementarną całość: - CRM; - Zaopatrzenie i Magazyn; - Produkcja; - Finanse; - BI; Wdrożenie polegać będzie na przydzieleniu kont użytkowników, migracji danych firmowych do systemu, testowaniu i uruchomieniu systemu. Zadanie II: Promocja projektu (01.07.2018 r. - 31.08.2018 r.): Zadanie obejmuje reklamę internetową: Działania promocyjne zostaną zlecone wykonawcy, który dokona optymalnego podziału przewidywanego budżetu na konkretne działania. Zadanie III: Szkolenia (01.08.2018 r. - 31.08.2018 r.): Zadanie obejmie szkolenie dot. prezentacji działania poszczególnych modułów, przeprowadzenie próbnego użycia oraz wyjaśnienie sposobu zarządzania działaniem systemu. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w postanowienia SZOOP RPO WiM poprzez: 1) Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP: firma należy do wymienionej grupy podmiotów; 2) Opracowanie i wdrażanie nowych modeli biznesowych dla MŚP, w szczególności w celu umiędzynarodowienia: w wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi znacząca zmiana procesów biznesowych, ułatwiających wnioskodawcy wejście na nowe rynki zagraniczne; 3) projekt polega na zwiększeniu udziału TIK w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem, prowadząc do internacjonalizacji oraz usprawnienia kontaktów z klientem, jak również przeprowadzeniu działań informacyjno-promocyjnych.
