    R-Collectionista tulee kansainvälinen, innovatiivinen, läpinäkyvä, vastuullisempi ja asiakkaitaan uudella lailla palveleva brändi. Kaikki rajapinnat, jossa asiakas kohdataan, kehitetään paremmaksi ja joustavammaksi. Muutosten kautta tarkoituksena on hankkia uusia asiakkaita kansainvälisesti, sekä syventää kanta-asiakkaiden luottamusta brändiin kotimaassa. Lisäarvoa asiakkaille tuo niin kiertotalouden toimintamalliin siirtyminen, asiakaspalvelun kehittäminen, itse tuotteen kehittäminen, läpinäkyvyyden parantaminen aina tuotannon alkulähteiltä asti sekä painatus- ja brodeerausprosessien kehittäminen. Hanke toteutetaan asiantuntijoiden apua käyttäen, sekä uusilla laiteinvestoinneilla. R-Collectionille luodaan yhtenäinen, ajan hermoilla oleva ja vastuullinen toimintamalli. (Finnish)

The added value for customers is the transition to a circular economy operating model, the development of customer service, the development of the product itself, the improvement of transparency from the sources of production, and the development of printing and embroidery processes. The project will be implemented with the help of experts and new investments in equipment. R-Collection will be created with a unified, nervous and responsible operating model. (English)
