Viime vuosina Genelec on vahvasti panostanut tuotannon, tuotekehityksen, tuotevalikoiman sekä myynnin ja markkinoinnin nykyaikaistamiseen ja niiden investointeihin. Tukeaksemme yrityksen tuottavuutta ja kasvua globaalisti, yksi tärkeimmistä toimista on ollut Iisalmen tehtaan nykyaikaistamiseen ja uudistamiseen keskittyminen. Tämän hankkeen tarkoitus on edelleen lisätä ja syventää automatisointia ja digitalisointia koskien kaikkia yrityksen toimintoja. Tavoitteena on myöskin uudistaa työprosesseja sekä vahvistaa osaamista uusimpia teknologioita, menetelmiä ja työkaluja hyödyntäen. (Finnish)
