Hankkeen tavoitteena on rakentaa Lappeenrantaan Etelä-Karjalan Jätehuolto Oy:n alueelle materiaalikierrätyksen ja uudelleenkäytön pilot-laitos. EKJH tarjoaa pilot-ympäristön kautta mahdollisuuden pk-yrityksille integroitua Kukkuroimäen jätekeskuksessa olevaan infraan ja luoda näin innovaatio- ja kokeilualusta yrityksille tehdä omia investointejaan ja sijoittumisiaan ko. alueelle.
