The area covered by the project is located in Elbląg (134 ha) with a surface area of 0.8166 ha. Scope of the project: 1. The cleaning up of the site, including, but not limited to: levelling of terrain, wall walls, tree felling, cleaning up and cleaning of the site. 2. Weapons of the site are located in an external installation: • water supply (earth works, installation works)• installation of sanitary sewage system (earth works, installation works)• installation of storm water systems (earth works, installation works)• electro-energy installation (earth works, installation works). 3. Reconstruction and construction of an internal communication system (internal roads, pavements, parking areas) — an area of 2 212.9 m². The project will be implemented in phases that are identical to the scope of the project. Work is expected to start in 2018, completion by IV in 2019. The implementation of the project is necessary for the realisation of the future investment: the construction of the recreation and sports centre with the catering facilities of the company Stwiaka Rekligation s.c. in Elbląg. The investment will enable the development of the firm by the possibility of launching the provision of comprehensive recreational and sports services which have not yet been provided due to a lack of adequate infrastructure. This will increase the competitiveness of the company as part of the assumptions described in the SZOOP WiM Axis 1, Thematic Objective 3. The formal-legal analysis confirms the full feasibility of the investment. The project will be financed by the company’s own resources (52.1 %) and by subsidies (47.9 %). (English)

    W ramach przedmiotowego Projektu zostanie przygotowany i uzbrojony teren pod przyszła inwestycję w przedsiębiorstwie Stawiska Rekreacja Marzena Atłas, Marta Kotowska-Sokołowska s.c. w Elblagu. Teren, którego dotyczy projekt znajduje się w Elblągu, przy ul.Kościuszki 134a, jego powierzchnia wynosi 0,8166ha. Zakres projektu: 1. Uporządkowanie terenu, w tym m.in.: niwelacja terenu, mury oporowe, wycinka drzew, uporządkowanie i oczyszczenie terenu. 2. Uzbrojenie terenu w zewnętrzne instalacje: • instalacja wodociągowa (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) • instalacja kanalizacji sanitarnej (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) • instalacja kanalizacji deszczowej (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) • instalację elektroenergetyczną (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) . 3. Przebudowa i budowa wewnętrznego układu komunikacyjnego (drogi wewnętrze, chodniki, parkingi) – powierzchnia 2.212,9m2. Projekt będzie wdrażany etapami, które są tożsame z zakresem projektu. Rozpoczęcie prac przewiduje się I kw 2018r., zakończenie - IV kw 2019r. Wykonanie Projektu jest niezbędne, z punktu widzenia realizacji przyszłej inwestycji: budowy centrum rekreacyjno-sportowego z zapleczem gastronomicznym w przedsiębiorstwie Stawiska Rekreacja s.c. w Elblągu. Inwestycja umożliwi rozwój firmy poprzez możliwość rozpoczęcia świadczenia kompleksowych usług rekreacyjno-sportowych, które do tej pory nie mogły być świadczone z uwagi na brak odpowiedniej infrastruktury. Dzięki tym działaniom wzrośnie konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa co wpisuje się w założenia opisane w SZOOP WiM Oś 1 cel tematyczny 3. Analiza formalno-prawna potwierdza pełną wykonalność inwestycji. Przedsięwzięcie będzie finansowane ze środków własnych spółki (52,1%) oraz dotacji (47,9%). (Polish)
