The project includes activities aimed at mobilising e-services to make the materials of the geodetic resource available to natural and legal persons. The project is designed to: EUR 1). The extension of the geoportal for additional e-services and the significant upgrading of the maturity of existing e-services (33 services with a maturity of at least 4 and 9 maturity 3 — two-way interaction), 3 entities will make public sector information online. EUR 2). A number of 2 388 200 pieces of documents are available for digitisation and a description of the metadata of materials accumulated in geodetic stocks (3 734 383 pieces of documents) in order to make them available for e-services processes. 3. Modernisation of the EGIB base (complained of.) and the base of the GESUT, BDOT500 database (on stations) 4). The IT upgrade (s) 5). Deployment training for 19 people. The project also includes costs for promotion, project management (older workers responsible for the implementation and operation of the project) and investor supervision (complained of.). As a result of the project carried out: The number of documents containing public sector information will be 13500 years/year; Moreover: The number of services provided inside the administrative area will be 23 pieces, the number of providers of services inside the administration: 3 units, Number of created API: 9 pt, The number of online data bases made available online via API: 3 head, server specific space: 32 TB. The project activities will contribute to the specific objective set for the 7th priority axis of the MIP 2014-2020, which overlap with the specific objective of the Action. 7.1 (Development e Society), ‘Dissemination of information and communication technologies in public services for public administration’. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie powiatów: skarżyskiego, koneckiego i starachowickiego. Projekt przewiduje działania mające na celu uruchomienie e-usług pozwalających na udostępnianie materiałów zasobu geodezyjnego osobom fizycznym i prawnym. W ramach projektu zaplanowano: 1). Rozbudowę Geoportalu o dodatkowe e-usługi oraz znaczące podniesienie dojrzałości istniejących e-usług (33 usługi o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 i 9 usług o stopniu dojrzałości 3 - dwustronna interakcja), 3 podmioty udostępnią on-line informacje sektora publicznego. 2). Digitalizację i opis metadanymi materiałów zgromadzonych w zasobach geodezyjnych (3 734 383 szt dokumentów) celem ich udostępniania dla procesów e-usług, udostępnionych zostanie 2 388 200 szt. dokumentów 3). Modernizacja bazy EGIB (pow. skarż. i starach.) oraz założenie bazy danych GESUT, BDOT500 (pow. starach.) 4). Modernizację IT (pow. konec.) 5). Szkolenia z obsługi wdroż. e-usług – 19 osób (cross-finansing) (pow. konec.). Proj. przewiduje również koszty na promocję, zarządzanie projektem (pracownicy starostw odpowiedzialni za realizację i obsługę projektu) i nadzór inwestorski (pow. skarż. i starach.). W wyniku zrealizowanego projektu: Liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego wyniesie 13500 szt./rok; Ponadto: Liczba udostępnionych usług wewnątrz administracyjnych wyniesie 23 szt, Liczba podmiotów udostępniających usługi wewnątrz administracyjne: 3 szt., Liczba utworzonych API: 9 szt, Liczba baz danych udostępnionych on-line poprzez API: 3 szt, Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni: 32 TB. Działania w ramach projektu przyczynią się do realizacji celu szczegółowego wyznaczonego dla VII osi priorytetowej RPOWŚ 2014 – 2020, które pokrywają się z celem szczegółowym z Działania. 7.1(Rozwój e społeczeństwa), czyli "Upowszechnienie wykorzystania technik informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w usługach publicznych dot. administracji publicznej".
