The aim of the project is to support preventive health prevention and to prevent an early exit from the labour market for 100 workers from Luxo Poland S.A. (33K, 77M) with a focus on persons aged 50 + (12 including 2K, 10M) by implementing a health programme aimed at addressing risk factors at work, including at work level. The following tasks are planned: 1. Health services — prevention and prevention of negative effects of work — a health centre — purchase of medical equipment, 100 persons for the prevention of medical equipment (33K, 77M). individual consultations with a physiotherapist by 100 persons (33K, 77M) 2. Rehabilitation packages and other forms of mobility for workers a. rehabilitation package for 100 workers (33K, 77M) b. swimming pool (20 persons 5K, 15M) and actuators (30 persons 6K, 24M) 3. Psychological and motivational support for workers, including stress response workshops (management staff) of 10 people (4K, 6M) b workshops to combat professional bursts (workers) 100 people (33K, 77M) c. an educational and health panel for workers and their families 4. Psychonervous support as an action to combat stress — 50 persons (12K, 38M) 5. Advisory activities for the management of a. coaching — 10 persons (4K, 6M). b.     Projekt "Wsparcie pracowników firmy Luxiona Poland S.A. celem przeciwdziałania przedwczesnemu opuszczaniu rynku pracy" realizowany na terenie gm. Sadowie w miejscowości Jacentów w okresie 01.11.2019-31.10.2020 r. jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby firmy Luxiona Poland S.A i jej pracowników. Celem projektu jest wsparcie profilaktyki zdrowotnej i przeciwdziałanie zbyt wczesnemu opuszczaniu rynku pracy przez 100 pracowników Luxiona Poland S.A. (33K, 77M) ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób w wieku 50+ (12 osób w tym 2K,10M) poprzez wdrożenie programu zdrowotnego ukierunkowanego na eliminowanie czynników ryzyka w pracy, w tym z zakresu ergonomii pracy. W projekcie zaplanowano następujące zadania: 1. Usługi zdrowotne - profilaktyka i przeciwdziałanie negatywnym skutkom pracy a. zorganizowanie punktu medycznego - zakup wyposażenia medycznego b. badania profilaktyczne 100 osób (33K, 77M) c. konsultacje indywidualne z fizjoterapeutą 100 osób (33K, 77M) 2. Pakiety rehabilitacyjne i inne formy aktywności ruchowej dla pracowników a. pakiet rehabilitacyjnych dla pracowników 100 osób (33K, 77M) b. Zajęcia na basenie (20 osób - 5K,15M) i siłowni (30 osób - 6K,24M) 3.
