Nordic Semiconductor Finland aloitti Suomessa Oulussa 7. tammikuuta 2015. Suomen yksikkö toimii itsenäisenä ja keskittyy OFDM (LTE) pohjaisen IoT assettin kehittämiseen. Hanke on valmistelussa ja investointien kannalta merkittävimmät asiat ovat laboratorioinvestointien ja aineettoman assetin osto/leasing kartoitus ja valmistelu.
