During the project, the opportunities for vocational education and training institutions in the Baltic Sea region to jointly develop the sustainable development training package will be explored and a network will be put together to prepare the theme. At the same time, the funding possibilities of the Central Baltic 2014-2020 programme will be prepared by means of an exploratory study of the possibilities of the programme to develop the above-mentioned theme. The project has been prepared using the expertise, networks and contacts acquired through previous international projects. The project will increase the expertise of 100 people in international project applications and expand international networks. The project will increase the visibility of Satakunta and the regional actors in the cooperation organisations in the regions covered by the Central Baltic programme. Hankkeen aikana kartoitetaan Itämeren alueen ammatillisten oppilaitosten mahdollisuuksia lähteä yhdessä kehittämään kestävän kehityksen koulutuskokonaisuutta ja kootaan verkosto teeman valmisteluun. Samalla valmistaudutaan Central Baltic 2014-2020 -ohjelman rahoitusmahdollisuuksiin tekemällä esiselvitys ohjelman mahdollisuuksista em. teeman kehittämiseen. Hankkeen valmistelussa on hyödynnetty aiempien kansainvälisten hankkeiden kautta saavutettua osaamista, muodostuneita verkostoja ja kontakteja. Hanke lisää satakuntalaista osaamista kansainvälisistä hankehauista sekä laajentaa kansainvälisiä verkostoja. Hanke lisää Satakunnan ja alueen toimijoiden tunnettuutta yhteistyöorganisaatioissa Central Baltic-ohjelmaan kuuluvilla alueilla. Lisäksi hanke edistää verkostojen TKI-toimintaa. (Finnish)
