The aim of the project is to build and develop the key competences necessary for the labour market and the right attitudes and also to target the interests of 358 (174Dz, 184CH). The project will help to achieve the objective of the Investment Priority. Result indicator: Number of urine who acquired key competences after leaving the programme — 358 (174Dz, 184CH), Number of teachers -30; output indicator: Number of outposts supported in the development of key competences in the programme — 358 (174Dz, 184CH), Number of schools and educational system equipped with the programme in ICT equipment to run education — 2, Number of schools that are being retrofitted in the programme — 2. 358Dz and 184CH (174Dz and CH), a resident of Świętokrzyskie Province who want to develop the key competences necessary for the labour market and to guide their interests, and have limited access to additional activities brought about by rural infrastructure. The actions foreseen in the project include teaching and compensatory measures for students, with an average of less than 3,5, and training courses for learners. 3,5. In addition, activities are planned with a vocational adviser, a professional workshop, electronics, electronics, education and training for teachers in the field of special pedagogy. Celem gł.projektu jest budowanie i rozwinięcie kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw a także ukierunkowanie zainteresowań 358(174DZ,184CH) ucz. z klas gimnazjalnych w Ćmińsku i Kostomłotach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ucz. ze spec. potrzebami eduk. w okresie II 2017-XII 2018 poprzez organizowanie pozalekcyjnych i pozaszkolnych zaj. dodatkowych, doradztwa edukacyjno- zawodowego, prowadzonych z wykorzystaniem aktywizujących metod nauczania i nowoczesnych narzędzi edukacyjnych, z uwzględnieniem równych szans dla DZ i CH. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczeg.Priorytetu Inwestycyjnego. Wskaźnik rezultatu: Liczba ucz, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 358 (174DZ,184CH), Liczba nauczycieli -30; wskaźnik produktu: Liczba ucz objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych w programie - 358 (174DZ,184CH), Liczba szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wyposażonych w ramach programu w sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych – 2, Liczba szkół, których pracownie przedmiotowe zostały doposażone w programie – 2. Grupę doc. stanowi 358ucz.(174DZ i 184CH), kl. gimnazjanych, będący mieszkańcami woj. świętokrzyskiego, którzy chcą rozwinąć kompetencje kluczowe niezbędne na rynku pracy oraz budować właściwe postawy, a także ukierunkować swe zainteresowania, a mają ograniczony dostęp do dodatkowych zajęć spowodowany infrastrukturą terenów wiejskich. Działania przewidziane w projekcie to zaj. dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze dla ucz. ze średnią ocen poniżej 3,5, oraz zajęcia rozwijające uzdolnienia dla ucz. ze średnią ocen pow. 3,5. Ponadto zaplanowano zajęcia z doradcą edukacyjno – zawodowym, warsztaty zawodoznawcze, z elektroniki, wyjazdy eduk. oraz szkolenia doskonalące umiejętności i kompetencje zawodowe nauczycieli w zakresie pedagogiki specjalnej.
