Das Ziel des Vorhabens "Praxisberater" ist es, unter Einbeziehung aller am Berufswahlprozess beteiligten Akteure, den Jugendlichen einen vertieften Einblick in die Berufs- und Arbeitswelt zu verschaffen. Die Teilnehmer werden auf dem Weg von der allgemein bildenden Schule in eine berufliche Ausbildung durch die Praxisberater individuell unterstützt, so dass sich die Chancen der Jugendlichen auf einen erfolgreichen Einstieg in eine berufliche Ausbildung deutlich verbessern. Ziel ist also die Erhöhung der Berufswahlkompetenz der Schüler. Basis und Ausgangspunkt der Maßnahme bildet ein qualitativ hochwertiges und erprobtes Potenzialanalyseverfahren, das durch das SMK für Sachsen eingekauft und adaptiert wurde. (German)

On the way from the general education school to vocational training, the participants are individually supported by the practical consultants, so that the young people’s chances of a successful start into vocational training are significantly improved. The aim is therefore to increase pupils’ professional choice skills. The basis and starting point of the measure is a high-quality and tried-and-tested potential analysis procedure, which was purchased and adapted by the SMK for Saxony. (English)
