The project carried out by the Municipality of Siewierz consists of the installation of the craft of the Port of Nicholas Kościelne in a new heavy fire safety vehicle. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of the Voices of Vojvodina to prevent and remove the effects of natural disasters, i.e. rescue operations associated with the occurrence of adverse climatic events. The purchase of equipment will contribute to the improvement of the operational readiness of the Church of Vojvodina, and the effectiveness of its operations, resulting in an increase in the safety of the inhabitants of the area of its operation — both Wojskowice Kościelny, the Municipality of Siewierz and the whole of the powiat Łdziński — an area of operation of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Będzin. The entity’s affiliation to the National Rescue and Rescue System (KSRG) makes the implementation of the project more capable not only of the designated unit of the TSOs but of the whole KSRG. Projekt realizowany przez Gminę Siewierz polega na wyposażeniu jednostki OSP Wojkowice Kościelne w nowy ciężki samochód ratowniczno-gaśniczy. Głównym celem projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału OSP Wojkowice Kościelne do przeciwdziałania i usuwania skutków klęsk żywiołowych, tj. prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych związanych z wystąpieniem niekorzystnych zdarzeń związanych z klimatem. Zakup wyposażenia przyczyni się do poprawy stanu gotowości operacyjnej OSP Wojkowice Kościelne i skuteczności jej działań, co przełoży się na zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców obszaru jej działania – zarówno Wojkowic Kościelnych, Gminy Siewierz i całego powiatu będzińskiego - obszaru działania Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Będzinie. Przynależność jednostki do Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo-Gaśniczego (KSRG) sprawia, że realizacja przedsięwzięcia przyczyni się do wzmocnienia potencjału nie tylko wskazanej jednostki OSP ale i całego KSRG.
