Specific objectives: 1/Promocja of entrepreneurship and upgrading of skills for the creation and running of its own company by 30 inhabitants of G.Kępice, unemployed up to 04.2017 2/Rozwój entrepreneurship and self-employment in G.Kępice, through financial support 25 to 05.2018 Targets will be achieved by: 1/podst.wsparcie Training and advisory training for 30os (18K, 12M) including a training course covering issues: the legal bases for doing business in Poland and the EU (12h), accounting for and accounting (16h), business services using ICT tools (12h), Financing of business activities (8h), Business plan (24h), requests for financial support (8H) and individual 4h/student counselling. 2/udzielenie of the financial contribution to open up to PLN 23398,68 for 25os (16K, 9M) and basic bridge assistance of up to PLN 1850 to PLN 25 for 20-CY and extended from the bridge to PLN 1500 for 6os-max. 3/specjalistyczne support for training and advisory support for 25os (16K, 9M) in the needs identified by the project participants. Celem projektu jest wzrost przedsiębiorczości 30os(18K,12M)powyżej 30rż,pozostających bez pracy z terenów wiejskich G.Kępice,z tego 20 z wykształceniem max.średnim(8K,12M),zmierzające do utworzenia 25 mikroprzedsiębiorstw prowadzonych przez 16K i9M w okresie do31.05.2018r. Cele szczegółowe: 1/Promocja przedsiębiorczości i podwyższenie umiejętności przydatnych w założeniu i prowadzeniu własnej firmy przez 30 mieszkańców G.Kępice,pozostających bez pracy do 04.2017 2/Rozwój przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia w G.Kępice poprzez wsparcie finansowe 25 os.do 05.2018 Cele zostaną osiągnięte poprzez: 1/podst.wsparcie szkoleniowo doradcze dla 30os(18K,12M)w tym blok szkoleń gr. obejmujący zagadnienia:Podstawy prawne prowadz.działalności gosp.w Polsce i UE(12h), Podstawy księg.i rachunkowości(16h),Obsługa firmy z wykorzystaniem narzędzi TIK(12h), Finansowanie działalności gosp(8h),Biznesplan(24h),Sporządz wniosków o wsparcie finans.(8h)oraz doradztwo indywidualne 4h/ucz.zg.z potrzebami wynikającymi z Formul.diagnozy potrzeb szkol.opracowanego przez doradcę zawodowego; 2/udzielenie dotacji finansowej na otworzenie własnej działalności gosp.do kwoty 23398,68zł dla 25os(16K,9M)oraz podstawowego wsparcia pomostowego w kwocie do 1850zł dla 25os.przez 6m-cy i przedłużonego wsp.pomostowego do kwoty 1500zł dla 20os-max.do 12m-ca prowadzenia dz.gosp. 3/specjalistyczne wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze dla 25os(16K,9M)wg.potrzeb wskazanych przez uczestników projektu. Projekt realizowany przez Gminę Kępice.Projekt wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy RPO_WP tj.Zwiększona trwałość nowoutworzonych mikroprzedsiębiorstw oraz jest zgodny z dok.strategicznymi SRWP,cel operacyjny:Wysoki poziom zatrudnienia, Strategia EUROPA 2020,Priorytet:Wzrost sprzyjający włączeniu społ.Gwarantuje trwałość wdrożonych działań-na stałe zmienimy wiedzę,postawy i komp.uczestników.Nowe przeds.działać będą min 12 m-cy,a min 6 z nich powyżej 30m-cy.Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią Rozwoju Społ-Gosp G.Kępice 2016-21.
