The aim of the MDB is to increase the job opportunities (including self-employment) of the target population of 31.12.2019 people (including self-employment) of the target group of 25 persons (14K/11) at risk of dismissal from work and 25 persons (14K/11M) who have lost their jobs for reasons that do not affect the worker over a period of not more than 6 months prior to the date of accession to a project residing in the Civil Code in the Pomorskie Province), including 10, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Pomorskie region, including the most vulnerable groups in the labour market, i.e. belonging to the following groups: women (28K), persons aged 50 and over (minimum 13 persons: 7K/6M), persons with disabilities (min 4: 2K/2M), the low-skilled (min 30: 17K/13M). The target will be achieved through the implementation of 6 tasks covering two support lines: * 1) the diagnosis of problem, predisposition and needs of the UP (including the diagnosis of training needs) with the development of the individual action plan for each of the Ps (paths A and B) * 2) the group workshop on active job search techniques and the acquisition of key competences for 30 UP options from the A * 3 pathway) of the training leading to up-grading, completion or re-development of professional qualifications and individual job placements for 30 UP from the A * 4 pathway). a workshop and training for acquisition of competencies for the do.establishment and operation and individual legal and business advice for 20 UP from pathway B * 5), a one-off investment grant for 15 UP from pathway B * 6), a one-off investment grant for UP from pathway B *), a one-off investment grant for UP from pathway B *), a bridge financial support and specialised training and advisory support for 15 UP with path B: In the period up to 4 g after the end of the participation in the project: * min. 90 % UP, i.e. 46 persons (26K/20M) will be qualified or qualified upon leaving; * min. 55 % UP, i.e. 29 persons (16K/13M) will work (including self-employment) upon leaving the programme (employment efficiency). CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2019 możliwości zatrudnienia (w tym samozatrudnienia) osób z GRUPY DOCELOWEJ, którą stanowi 25 osób (14K/11) zagrożonych zwolnieniem z pracy i 25 osób (14K/11M) pozostających bez zatrudnienia które utraciły pracę z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 m-cy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu zamieszkujących wg KC w województwie pomorskim) w tym 10, zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego obszar województwa pomorskiego – w tym znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należących do następujących grup: kobiety (28K), osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (minimum 13 osób: 7K/6M), osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (min. 4 osoby: 2K/2M), osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (min. 30 osób: 17K/13M). Cel zostanie osiągnięty przez realizację 6 zadań obejmujących dwie ścieżki wsparcia: *1)diagnozę sytuacji problemowej, predyspozycji i potrzeb UP (w tym diagnozę potrzeb szkoleniowych) wraz z opracowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania dla każdego UP (ŚCIEŻKI A i B) *2) grupowe warsztaty w zakresie technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy oraz nabywania kompetencji kluczowych dla 30 UP ze ŚCIEŻKI A *3) szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy dla 30 UP ze ŚCIEŻKI A *4) warsztat i szkolenia umożliwiające nabycie kompetencji dot.zakładania i prowadzenia dział.gospodarczej oraz indywidualne doradztwo prawne i biznesowe dla 20 UP ze ŚCIEŻKI B *5) jednorazową dotację inwestycyjną dla 15 UP ze ŚCIEŻKI B *6) pomostowe wsparcie finansowe i specjalistyczne szkoleniowo-doradcze dla 15 UP ze ŚCIEŻKI B. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY PROJEKTU: W okresie do 4 tyg. po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie: *min. 90% UP, tj. 46 osób (26K/20M) uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu; *min. 55% UP, tj. 29 osób (16K/13M) podejmie pracę (w tym pracę na własny rachunek) po opuszczeniu programu (efektywność zatrudnieniowa).
