The scope of the project involves the renovation of the interior of the Palace (e.g. floor coverings, joinings, wall coverings), internal installations (including electrical ventilation, mechanical ventilation, co, CWU), renovation of the monumental engineering (including steel glazing and construction) and part of the building’s external renovation works (including stairs and terrace structures, railings). Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku Pałacu Rheinbabenów w centrum Michałkowic - cz. II, dzielnicy Siemianowic Śląskich. XVI-wieczny pałac od stycznia 2016 r. stanowi oddział Siemianowickiego Centrum Kultury, a głównym jego zadaniem jest organizowanie i popularyzowanie zajęć dla dzieci, młodzieży oraz dorosłych w sekcjach artystycznych, edukacyjnych i sportowych. Obiekt wpisany został do rejestru zabytków Śląskiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków pod nr. A/1611/95 w dniu 20 czerwca 1995r. Pałac otoczony jest przez rozległy Park Górnik. Zakres projektu obejmuje wykonanie remontu wnętrza Pałacu (m.in. posadzek, stolarki, okładzin ściennych), instalacji wewnętrznych (m.in. elektrycznych, wentylacji mechanicznej, co, cwu), renowacji zabytkowej oranżerii (m.in. w zakresie szklenia i konstrukcji stalowej) oraz część robót remontowych zewnętrznych budynku (m.in. schodów i tarasu, balustrad).
