Goal: improving the quality of activities in favour of people living and/or at risk of poverty and exclusion, through the implementation of comprehensive social and occupational activation schemes, based on the reintegration path set up for each project participant (UP). Specific objectives: 1. Activation of professions without hiring: at least 12 % of the equipment of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council (min.15UP 10K/5M) 2. Social activation of minimum 34 % of UP (min.23UP 14K/9M) 3. Increasing the capacity to recruit. 100 % UP: 1.An increase in social activity: by means of an ind meeting with a psychologist., a morning meeting with a psychologist., a conference with a psychologist, a work, a lawyer, a lawyer and a move for workshops (personal and social skills, stress to cope with stress and active job search) on the basis of social and development oriented activities and the education of the educational interests and aspirations of 100 % of UP 2. Org.volunteering for 100 % of UP 3. Work to obtain the professional qualifications required by work and to be compatible with the prescriptions and preferences of the UP (course/training courses for 40 os 22K/18M 60.6 % UP); 4.In order to acquire the professional experience required by employers (paid work placements of up to 6 months (with a possible extension to a 9-month period requested by the UP) for 100 % of the UP and the compensation of employees; 5. Projekt skier. do 66 os.(41K/25M), zagr. ubóstwem i/lub wykl. społ. ze względu na niepełnospr., zam. na terenie powiatu Słupsk, słupskiego oraz lęborskiego. Cel główny: poprawa jakości działań na rzecz zwiększ. zatrudn. os. dotkniętych i/lub zagr. ubóstwem i wyklucz. społ., poprzez wdrażanie kompleks.programów aktywizacji społeczno–zawodowej, w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdego uczestnika projektu (UP). Aktywizacja zawod. os. pozostaj. bez zatrudn.: min. 12% os. o znacznym st. niepełnospr., os. z niepełnospr. intelektualną, os. z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi objętych wsp. w projekcie oraz min. 22% w przypadku pozostałych UP- ON zagr. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ.
