The aim of the “Postaw for work II” project is to increase the employment of people living and at risk of poverty and social exclusion, and is in line with the specific objective of the 2014-2020 ROP PP. the project targets 36 people out of working age, from the municipality of UUstka benefiting from social assistance or eligible for support, to the persons referred to in Article 1 (2) of the Social Employment Act (UoZS), including the unemployed, the inactive, with disabilities (ON). we plan to conduct 3 calls for proposals in the period 2018-2020, of which a total of 3 gr-each of 12os each of the stages of project activities will be selected: 1.Transfer of all participants in social contracts 2.Development of individual reintegration pathways 3.Seating of the social and occupational reintegration pathways at CIS-Development and implementation of individual Social Employment Programmes (IPZS) — Rereintegration (by way of needs up to the needs of the UP) and occupational (warsztacie:prac) — reintegration of green areas (in accordance with the needs of the UP) and occupation — reintegration of green areas into a CIS and a 3-week at the employer’s suitability at the place of UP 4.Inclusive and educational activities, including.The activities related to volunteering All activities will be tailored to the needs and opportunities of participants (including the ON) and carried out on a subpage of social security. The project will increase the competences necessary for the labour market of the target group, increase the development potential, the social and professional competences of unemployed/inactive people and increase their participation in the local labour market. the project will be implemented during the 01.06.2018-31.12.2020 partnership in partnership with the Caritas Ordynariatu Polowa Realizoru Polowa Realizator, on behalf of WMIS in Ustka, the operator of the Prodamni-MOPS UUstka, acting on behalf of the P1-Centre Charity Centre for the Polish Army The Vladyslaw Migoń in the Uce Cases between the parties will be governed by the Partnership Contract.     Celem projektu "Postaw na pracę II" jest zwiększone zatrudnienie osób dotkniętych i zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i jest zbieżny z celem szczegółowym RPO WP 2014-2020 Projekt skierowany jest do 36osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej,z terenu gminy Miasto Ustka,korzystających z pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujących się do wsparcia,osób,o których mowa w art1ust.2 ustawy o zatrudnieniu socjalnym(UoZS),w tym bezrobotnych,biernych zawodowo,z niepełnosprawnościami(ON) Planujemy przeprowadzić 3 nabory w latach 2018-2020,z których wyłonimy łącznie 3 gr-każda po 12os Etapy działań projektowych: 1.Objęcie wszystkich uczestników kontraktami socjalnymi 2.Opracowanie indywidualnych ścieżek reintegracji 3.Reintegracja społ-zawod w CIS-opracowanie i realizacja Indywidualnych Programów Zatrudnienia Socjalnego (IPZS) - reintegrację społ (wg potrzeb UP) i zawodową (w warsztacie:prac twórczych,remontowo-budowlanym,porządkowym i utrzymania terenów zielonych,opiekuńczym) przez 9m-cy w CIS i 3-m-ce warsztat u pracodawcy wg predyspozycji UP 4.działania edukacyjno-integracyjne, w tym m.in.działania związane z wolontariatem Wszystkie działania będą dostosowane do potrzeb i możliwości uczestników/czek(w tym ON)i realizowane na podst.kontr.socjal. Efektem projektu będzie wzrost kompetencji niezbędnych na rynku pracy grupy docelowej, zwiększenie potencjału rozwojowego, kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych osób bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo oraz wzrost udziału na lokalnym rynku pracy Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.06.2018r-31.12.2020r w partnerstwie z Caritas Ordynariatu Polowego Wojska Polskiego Realizator projektu w imieniu W-CIS w Ustce, realizator zadania-MOPS w Ustce, realizator w imieniu P1-Centrum Charytatywno-Społeczne Caritas Ordynariatu Polowego Wojska Polskiego Im.Bł.Kmdr.
