The project is aimed at 32 persons (24 K and 8 M) of the economically inactive population of 5 (3 K 2M) with disabilities, at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the municipality of Chmielno. The project involves concluding 32 social contracts in 2019-16, 2020-16. Social contracts will be developed on the basis of a reintegration path created individually for each BO. The aim of the project is to acquire/increase the BO’s competences and professional qualifications and to rebuild the social roles necessary for the proper functioning of the society. In addition, it is assumed that qualifications will be adapted to the individual predisposition of the BO and the needs of the local labour market, which will consequently lead to an increase in the chances of the entry of employment by BO.Participation in practical activities at the employer will enable the acquisition of professional skills that are essential for well-functioning in the labour market. action: 1.Diagnosis of an BO, determination of individual professional potential and psycho-bis.2.Conduct of workshop and individual placement activities in an integrated context, 3.Performance of an individual and a professional reintegration workshop including courses, training to the employer, training of employers, activities to undertake and maintain employment of at least 22 % of the BO. Projekt skierowany jest do 32 osób(24 K i 8 M)nieaktywnych zawodowo w tym 5 (3 K 2M)z niepełnosprawnościami, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z Gminy Chmielno. W ramach projektu zakłada się zawarcie 32 kontraktów socjalnych, w roku 2019-16,w 2020-16. Kontrakty socjalne zostaną opracowane w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdego BO. Celem projektu jest nabycie/podwyższenie przez BO kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych, a także odbudowa ról społecznych niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie. Ponadto zakłada się, ze kwalifikacje zostaną dostosowane do indywidualnych predyspozycji BO oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy, co w konsekwencji doprowadzi do zwiększenia szans na podjecie zatrudnienia przez BO.Udział w zajęciach praktycznych u pracodawcy pozwoli na zdobycie umiejętności zawodowych, które niezbędne są do prawidłowego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy.Działania:1.Diagnoza BO,określenie indywidualnego potencjału zawodowego i psycho-społ.2.Przeprowadzenie zajęć warsztatowych oraz indywidualnych w ramach reintegr. społ, 3.Przeprowadzenie zajęć indywid. i warsztatowych z zakresu reintegracji zawodowej w tym kursy, szkol. zaw,praktyki u pracodawcy, działania mające na celu podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 22% BO.
