The project targets Group 60 (35K, 25M) of economically inactive beneficiaries, including 30 (20K, 10M) with disabilities at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the city and municipality of Czersk.In the project, the project assumes 60 social contracts: 20 in 2017, 20 in 2018, 20 in 2019. Social contracts will be developed on the basis of a reintegration path set up individually for each beneficiary. the project will aim to acquire/increase the beneficiaries’ competence and professional qualifications as well as to rebuild and enhance the social competences necessary for the proper functioning of society. In addition, matching the qualifications of participants to the needs of local employers and improving the employability of beneficiaries, the acquisition by participants of a work experience that is very much needed in the labour market. Actions: 1) Diagnosis of project participants and identification of the individual professional and psychosocial potential of the beneficiaries. 2) Conduct of workshop activities and individual psychosocial barriers. 3) Vocational training and training adapted to the needs and capacities of the beneficiaries. (4) Measures related to the organisation of a professional traineeship with the employer (5), Activities to undertake at least 22 % of the beneficiaries of the employment and its maintenance.     Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 60(35K,25M)beneficjentów nieaktywnych zawodowo,w tym 30(20K,10M)z niepełnosprawnościami zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z miasta i gminy Czersk.W ramach projektu zakłada się zawarcie 60 Kontraktów socjalnych: 20 w roku 2017, 20 w roku 2018, 20 w roku 2019. Kontrakty socjalne zostaną opracowane w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdego beneficjenta.Celem projektu będzie nabycie/podwyższenie przez beneficjentów kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych jak także odbudowa i spotęgowanie kompetencji społecznych niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie. Poza tym dopasowanie kwalifikacji uczestników do potrzeb lokalnych pracodawców i zwiększenie szans beneficjentów na podjęcie zatrudnienia, nabycie przez uczestników projektu doświadczenia zawodowego które jest niezwykle potrzebne na rynku pracy. Działania: 1)Diagnoza uczestników projektu oraz określenie indywidualnego potencjału zawodowego i psychospołecznego beneficjentów. 2) Przeprowadzenie zajęć warsztatowych oraz indywidualnych z zakresu niwelowania barier psychospołecznych. 3)Realizacja kursów i szkoleń zawodowych dostosowanych do potrzeb i możliwości beneficjentów. 4)Działania związane z organizacją stażu zawodowego u pracodawcy.5)Działania mające na celu podjęcie przez co najmniej 22% beneficjentów zatrudnienia i jego utrzymania.
