Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup nowoczesnej linii technologicznej do powlekania opakowań lakierem UV. Projekt będzie polegał na zakupieniu 1 kompletnego środka trwałego (linii technologicznej) składającej się z 3 elementów: lakierówki UV, sklejarko - składarki oraz systemu rekuperacji. Zakup kompletnej linii technologicznej pozwoli osiągnąć następujące cele: CEL GŁÓWNY: wdrożenie proekologicznych rozwiązań związanych z procesem powlekania opakowań. CELE SZCZEGÓŁOWE: - zmniejszenie energochłonności na jednostkę produktu(opakowania) ; - powtórne wykorzystanie ciepła wytwarzanego przez linię produkcyjną; - zmniejszenie zużycia surowców oraz ograniczenie ilości nierecyklingowych odpadów w procesie powlekania opakowań; - zmiana materiału do powlekania na proekologiczny; - zastosowanie powłok pozwalających na wyeliminowanie z procesu konserwacji olejów/ środków chemicznych.
