Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego, będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku uzyskana poprzez przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji (etap II) polegającej na ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu, cokołu, wymianie okienek piwnicznych i drzwi wejściowych oraz wykonanie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania (etap I) w celu podłączenia budynku do sieci ciepłowniczej. Etap I projektu obejmujący wykonanie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w celu podłączenia budynku do sieci ciepłowniczej został wykonany 2016 roku. (Polish)
