A project aimed at increasing the employment of people who are unemployed for whom an aid profile I or II has been set for the most disadvantaged in the labour market (excl. those faced before the age of 30). All/CY participants/participants of the project (number of persons to be included: (553) the vocational guidance (s) will be translated into the individual assessment of the needs of each of them. This individualisation, as set out in the Individual Action Plan, results in the implementation of activation measures leading to an effective return to the labour market, including: (1) Support for self-employment by means of one-off measures for setting up an economic activity, optionally (tailor-made) preceded by an optional substantive entrepreneurship training course (planned number of persons: 214); (2) Labour market services or instruments leading to a qualification or competence, i.e. training (planned number of persons: 297) to acquire professional experience, i.e. traineeships (planned number of persons: 101), subsidised employment including intervention works (planned number of persons: 54) and a salary subsidy for the recruitment of an unemployed person who is under the age of 50 (planned number of persons: 17) and reimbursement of the cost of equipping the job station (planned number of persons: (77) — subject to the possibility of extending to part of the participant more than one of the forms of support (where justified by the individual needs of the case); 3) Indirect employment, including networking and cooperation with employers on, inter alia, obtaining information on job vacancies in the context of presenting job offers to participants and mobilising available forms of assistance. Projekt ukierunkowany na zwiększenie zatrudnienia os.bezrobotnych, dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wył. os. przed ukończeniem 30 r.ż.). Wszystkie/cy uczestniczki/cy projektu (planowana liczba osób: 553) objęte/ci zostaną poradnictwem zawodowym, przekładającym się na indywidualna diagnozę potrzeb każdej/go z uczestniczek/ów. W wyniku ww. indywidualizacji, określonej w Indywidualnym Planie Działania, przewiduje się realizację działań aktywizacyjnych, prowadzących do skutecznego powrotu na rynek pracy, obejmujących: 1) Wsparcie w samozatrudnieniu poprzez przyznawanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, fakultatywnie (w miarę indywidualnych potrzeb) poprzedzone fakultatywnie merytoryczną pomocą w postaci szkolenia z zakresu przedsiębiorczości (planowana liczba osób: 214); 2) Usługi lub instrumenty rynku pracy prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji lub kompetencji, tj. szkolenia (planowana liczba osób: 297), umożliwiające zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego, tj. staże (planowana liczba osób: 101), zatrudnienie subsydiowane, w tym prace interwencyjne (planowana liczba osób: 54) i dofinansowanie wynagrodzenia za zatrudnienie skierowanego bezrobotnego, który ukończył 50 rok życia (planowana liczba osób: 17), a także refundację kosztów wyposażenia stanowiska pracy (planowana liczba osób: 77) – z zastrzeżeniem możliwości objęcia części uczestników więcej niż jedną z form wsparcia (w uzasadnionych indywidualnymi potrzebami przypadkach); 3) Pośrednictwo pracy, obejmujące nawiązywanie kontaktów i współpracę z pracodawcami w zakresie m.in. pozyskiwania informacji o wolnych miejscach pracy w kontekście przedstawiania ofert zatrudnienia uczestnikom projektu i uruchamiania dostępnych form pomocy. Minimalny poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej będzie wynosił 45%. (Polish)
