Celem głównym projektu jest ułatwienie powrotu na rynek pracy 96 rodziców/opiekunów (r/o) z terenu Będzina, poprzez utworzenie i utrzymanie w okresie 01.04.2019-31.08.2021 r. 48 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Grupa docelowa to r/o powracający na rynek pracy po urlopie macierzyńskim/rodzicielskim, urlopie wychowawczym (bierni zawodowo) bezrobotni, zatrudnieni, ale zagrożeni utratą pracy ze względu na konieczność opieki nad dzieckiem. W ramach zadań planuje się: modernizację, doposażenie placówki, wyposażenie, pokrycie kosztów funkcjonowania placówki oraz pokrycie kosztów zajęć wspomagających rozwój dzieci. Efektem zrealizowanych działań będzie osiągniecie wskaźników: liczba nowych miejsc opieki dla dzieci do 3 l.; liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do 3 l. objętych wsparciem; liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka do lat 3; liczba osób które znalazły pracę lub jej poszukują po opuszczeniu programu.
