The objective is to increase employment opportunities and/or self-jamming in the city of Gdynia (PUP Gdynia). Specific objectives: Creating an environment conducive to the employability of, or suffering from, employability. Activation of the player. Actions: (260,152K, 108M), -focusing on traineeships (55,32K, 23M), -focusing on traineeships (91,53K, 38M), -focusing on work interin. (75,44K, 31M), -referrals to the work of the intern. (10K, 5M), -referrals to an equipped or assisted job (14,9K, M), -award of measures in favour of employees (96,56K, 40M), -61- award of measures in favour of employees (K, 260,152M), -108-. The IPD demonstrates the need for a comprehensive approach in the field of player training and will be supported through a traineeship (3 months) and will then be offered the possibility of hiring an intern. (in particular, the budget group has been taken into account in lb.os. for traineeships and in lb.os. na pr.interw). The measures taken aim to contribute to the work of the participants and maintain it for a minimum period of at least 3 months. The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and rules (tym:polityki equal opportunities and non-discourse., accessibility to the non-exhaustive list, the concept of sustainable development), the ITI strategy (OMG-S) and Community and national legislation, as well as the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the Public Employment Act and the De Minimis Act.     Projekt skierowany jest do 260 os.(152K,108M) pozostających bez pracy, zarej. w PUP Gdynia (z wył. os.przed ukończ.30 r.ż.),należących do co najmniej jednej z grup: kobiety, os. w wieku 50 l. i więcej,os.długotr. bezr., os. o niskich kwalif., os. z niepełnospr., bezr. mężczyźni w w. 30-49 l., imigranci,reemigranci. Os. z niepełnospr. i długotrw. bezr. stanowić będą specyf.gr.docelową. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie lub samozatr. os.bezr. zarej. w PUP Gdynia. Cele szczegółowe: -tworzenie warunków sprzyjających podnoszeniu zdolności do zatrudn. lub samozatr. uczestn. proj.; -aktywizacja zawod. uczestn. proj. Działania: -diagnoza uczestn. proj. poprzez sporządzenie IPD(260,152K,108M), -objęcie pośrednictwem pr.(260,152K,108M), -skier.na staże(55,32K,23M), -skier.na prace interw.(75,44K,31M), -skier.na wyposażone lub dopos. stan. pracy(14,9K,5M), -skier.na indyw. lub grupowe szkol. zawodowe/kompetenc.(91,53K,38M), -przyznanie środków na podj. dz.gosp.(96,56K,40M), -61os. zostanie objętych szkol. wzmacniającym kompet. do prowadzenia własnej firmy, następnie otrzyma środki na zał. dz.gosp.(w szczeg. budżecie grupa ta została uwzględniona w lb.os.na szkol. i w lb.os. śr. na podj. dz.gosp.), -10 os., u których na podst.
