As a result of the project, the applicant will be able to carry out management, operational and ancillary processes on the basis of the state of the art, which will lead to optimisation and automation. The solution is to integrate the different business areas into one synchronised IT system for full information exchange and analysis and the use of innovative technologies. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności firmy poprzez zwiększenie wykorzystania Technologii Informacyjno- Komunikacyjnych (TIK) w procesach biznesowych realizowanych w przedsiębiorstwie. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca będzie mógł prowadzić procesy zarządcze, operacyjne i pomocnicze w oparciu o najnowocześniejsze rozwiązania informacyjno-komunikacyjne, dzięki czemu nastąpi ich optymalizacja i automatyzacja. W ramach projektu zostanie wdrożony zintegrowany system klasy ERP oraz elektroniczny obieg dokumentów, w tym wymiana plików w standardzie EDI. Innowacyjność rozwiązania polega na zintegrowaniu poszczególnych obszarów działalności biznesowej w jeden zsynchronizowany system informatyczny pełnej wymiany i analizy inf. oraz zastosowaniu innowacyjnych technologii. Inwestycja objęta projektem wpisuje się w model działania B2B i B2E. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup niezbędnych wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, środków trwałych, usług oraz szkoleń z obsługi systemu. (Polish)
