The project concerns the construction of construction and assembly works at the Water Treatment Plant in Lipuki, in order to improve the quality of treated waste water, as well as to reduce the odour nuisance caused by the sludge management to the water treatment plant and to adapt the plant to the health and safety requirements of the plant. The main objective of the project is to meet the requirements laid down in the water permit of 20.04.2015 No. O.6341.20.3.2015 and the adaptation of the working conditions of the treatment plant to the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Environment of 18.11.2014 (Dz. (Polish Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1800 as amended) and the requirements of Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21.05.1991. The project involves the reconstruction and extension of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Lipuki and the installation for the management of sewage sludge. As a result of the project, the amount of sewage sludge will be reduced to 82,62 tonnes/year. 2 724 people will benefit from improved waste water treatment. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem Projektu jest wykonanie prac budowlano-montażowych na obiekcie Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Lipuszu mających na celu poprawę jakości ścieków oczyszczonych kierowanych do wód, a także zmniejszenie uciążliwości odorowych spowodowanych gospodarką osadową oczyszczalni i dostosowanie obiektu do wymogów BHP. Głównym celem Projektu jest wypełnienie wymogów określonych w pozwoleniu wodnoprawnym z dnia 20.04.2015 r. nr OŚ.6341.20.3.2015 oraz dostosowanie warunków pracy oczyszczalni do Rozporządzenia MŚ z dnia 18.11.2014 r. (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 1800 z późn. zm.), a także wymogów dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG z dnia 21.05.1991 r.. Projekt obejmuje przebudowę i rozbudowę Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Lipuszu oraz instalacji do zagospodarowania osadów ściekowych. W wyniku realizacji Projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie ilości osadów ściekowych do zagospodarowania i będzie wynosić 82,62 Mg/rok. Z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków będzie korzystać 2 724 osób. (Polish)
