The project is aimed at 528 students in schools, including 125K, selected key trades and professions in the context of the perception of: Construction (students PZSNr2 in Kościerzyna — 2 schools), Transport, logistics and automotive (KSNSNCr1), and ICT and electronics (KPZSN2), as defined in the scope of the Project. Shaping the network of secondary schools, including the needs of the sub-regional and regional labour market, in accordance with the RPS Active Pomorze (UPDO Board of the SWP 547/146/16. The actions foreseen for implementation have been planned on the basis of a diagnosis of the development needs of general and vocational training purposes. No. 5/76/2016 of the Board of the Church of 19.01.2016 As part of the planned actions, we foresee, inter alia: student support (paid employers’ internships/apprenticeships, qualification courses, including training courses and provision of machine-tools for numerical language, supplementary professional language classes, study visits to workplaces), support for teachers of vocational subjects and instructors to learn a profession (training and courses, employers’ traineeships), employers’ inclusion and academia in the vocational training process, and the development of vocational education and training advice). The planned offer of support to vocational school pupils, in the field of vocational training, is based on the development of the skills of the students and will lead to the raising of the practical skills of the pupils, resulting in a higher chance of positive results of professional examinations and ultimately of finding a job. The offer for 36 (including 5K) of teachers and trainers was based on students’ needs. The actions presented aim at adapting vocational training to the needs of the economy and the labour market in order to increase the employability of students in vocational training schools. The project is integrated with the pro.Modern vocational education base in Sercu Kashab, submitted under 4.1 (competition RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). (English)

    Projekt jest skierowany do 528 uczniów szkół kszt.zaw, w tym 125K, wybranych branż kluczowych i zawodach w ramach Koncepcji: Budownictwo (ucz.PZSNr2 w Kościerzynie -2szkoły), Transport,logistyka i motoryzacja(ucz.PZSNr1 w K-nie)oraz ICT i elektronika(ucz.PZSNr2 w K-nie), zgodnie z zakresem przedsięwzięcia strat.pn. Kształtowanie sieci ponadgim.szkół zaw.uwzgl.potrzeby subregionalnych i regionalnego rynku pracy, zgodnie z RPS Aktywni Pomorzanie(Uch.Zarządu SWP 547/146/16. Działania przewidziane do realizacji zostały zaplanowane w oparciu o Diagnozę potrzeb rozwojowych kształcenia ogólnego i zawodowego Pow.Kościerskiego, przyjętą Uch. Nr 5/76/2016 Zarządu Pow.Kościerskiego z 19.01.2016r. W ramach zaplanowanych działań przewidujemy m.in.: wsparcie uczniów (płatne staże/praktyki zawodowe realizowane u pracodawców, kursy kwalifikacyjne, m.in. kursy programowania i obsługi obrabiarek numerycznych, dodatkowe zajęcia z języków obcych zawodowych, wizyty studyjne w zakładach pracy), wsparcie nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu (szkolenia i kursy, staże u pracodawców), włączanie pracodawców i środowiska akademickiego w proces kształcenia zawodowego, rozwój doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego). Planowana oferta wsparcia dla uczniów szkół zawodowych, w zakresie kształcenia zawodowego opiera się rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych uczniów i ma doprowadzić do podniesienia umiejętności praktycznych uczniów, co w konsekwencji zwiększy ich szansę na pozytywne wyniki egzaminów zawodowych i ostatecznie znalezienie pracy. Oferta dla 36 (w tym 5K)nauczycieli i instruktorów prakt.nauki zawodu oparta została na potrzebach uczniów. Przedstawione działania mają dostosować kształcenie zawodowe do potrzeb gospodarki i rynku pracy w celu zwiększenia zatrudnialności uczniów kościerskich szkół kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt jest zintegrowany z proj.Nowoczesna baza edukacji zawodowej w Sercu Kaszub złożonym w ramach Dz.4.1(konkurs RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). (Polish)
