The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the ROP PP by diagnosis and alignment in the XII 2015 on the respective tasks of the project. The objective will contribute to the fact that in future the group will not find it difficult to find themselves in the labour market. The target group is the pupils and teachers of students, who are working and living in the territory of war in the aftermath of the sea, within the meaning of the provisions of the CC in the District. 171 teachers (81Dz, 90ch) will be supported in the development of the key will be supported by 20 teachers (15K, 5M) from the schools: primary school im.Józef Wybicki, as well as Gimnazzajum im.Jan Paul II in Jastelni. The tasks will be carried out between 01.09.2016 and 30.06.2018. The place of execution of the proj is/in the schools where the pupils were recruited. The scope of the support and the form of the activities carried out will be adapted to the identified skills, suitability and needs of the participants. The equipment and teaching equipment of schools are complementary to the added value for pupils and to the improvement of teachers. Actions financed by the ESF are complementary to the activities carried out by the schools before the proj. The expenditure incurred for the projects in question will not be reduced compared to 12 months prior to the implementation of the proj. The diagnosis was accepted and approved by the authority’s declaration prior to the date on which the application was lodged. The project is positive in terms of sustainable development.     Celem głównym w proj. jest rozwój kom. kluczowych, podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy 90% ucz.:154ucz.(73dz,81ch) oraz podniesienie kwalif. lub kompe.90% nauczycieli tj.19n-li (14K,5M) ze 100% szkół w gminie Jastarnia w terminie do 30 czerwca 2018. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO WP poprzez przeprowadzoną w XII 2015r diagnozę i dostosowania do tego odpowiednich zadań w projekcie. Cel proj. przyczyni się,do tego że w przyszłości grupa doc. nie będzie mieć problemów z odnalezieniem się na rynku pracy. Grupa docelowa to uczniowie i nauczyciele uczący się, pracujący i mieszkający na terenie woj.pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC w powiecie puckim. Wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania komp. kluczowych zostanie objętych 171 ucz.(81dz,90ch), a wsparciem w zakresie podnoszenia kompetencji zawodowych zostanie objętych 20 nauczycieli(15K,5M)ze szkół:Szkoła Podstawowa im.Józefa Wybickiego w Jastarni oraz Gimnazjum im.Jana Pawła II w Jastarni. Zadania w proj. będą realizowane od 01.09.2016 do 30.06.2018. Miejscem realizacji proj. są w/w szkoły w których zrekrutowani zostali uczniowie. Zakres wsparcia i forma prowadzonych działań zostaną dostosowane do rozpoznanych umiejętności, predyspozycji i potrzeb uczestników proj. Wyposażenie szkół w sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne jest komplementarne z zajęciami dodatk. dla uczniów oraz doskonaleniem nauczycieli. Przedsięwzięcia finansowane w ramach proj. ze środków EFS stanowią uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez szkoły przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. Nakłady ponoszone na rzecz powyższych przedsięwzięć nie zmniejszą się w stosunku do okr.12 m-cy poprzedzających realizację proj. Diagnoza została przyjęta i zatwierdzona oświadczeniem organu prowadzącego przed datą złożenia wniosku. Projekt jest pozytywny pod względem zrównoważonego rozwoju. Uwzględnia efektywność ekonomiczną podejmowanych działań, a jednocześnie jest zgodny z wymogami zrównoważonego rozwoju (Polish)
